Newly renovated room, quiet. We had a room at the back.

No coffee pot in room

I liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, and two sinks

Bed was really hard, and bathroom door was dirty

Not much

First off, I had no remote for the tv, went to front desk and they brought me a new one that only changed channels, could not turn off or adjust volume. There was no soap in bathroom. The heat was on full blast but room was freezing all night. Blankets were very thin and full of static. The curtains did not cover the whole window, both sides were left open a bit so anyone walking by could clearly see in. No coffee makers or microwave in room. Coffee at front desk was a kurig machine but only had a refillable pod, no coffee whitener. Had to ask for milk and staff went and got some. No "do not disturb" sign for door, but was not disturbed. No alarm clock in room. No table or desk neither. No pen or paper to write things on.

The desk clerk was extremely nice, helpful and smiling. She left me with good enough impression to give this place another chance when I go back to Sudbury.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was no coffee offered in the morning. I understand they are renovating but a coffee station is not hard nor is it expensive to setup.
