The beds are very uncomfortable. Matching blankets in each room would be nice. It was too hot for one parent and too cold for the other with the different comforters on each bed.

Slept well no sneezing like at homme, no allergens., comfortable and quiet, very nice and I will be back in Onctober , reservations are already made.

The lobby was beautiful and the bed was compfortable

The room was not clean, the shower had no pressure and the bath did not drain while you were taking a shower, the bath was half full with water as you were taking a shower. Our room was beside the electrical room in the 3rd floor and we had a hard time sleeping from the loud noise

Only thing I liked was the price

I enjoyed the location of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet area to relax. I enjoyed the restaurant & the food and service was good too.

However, prices have gone up for meals & the extra 4% tax on the bill.

This time the bed was super comfie. Great pillow.

Accessible parking spots too small for big trucks and opening doors to load luggage. Need more spots as well.

The rooms are from the 80’s. Beds are ROCK hard. TV is an old LG flat screen. Remote for tv doesn’t change up and down with the channel selector, You have to type the number in you want to go to. Hotel desk spoke very broken English with a heavy accent.

The Perkins attached was great, good service, good food

They charge you a ‘deposit’ of $150, I’m still waiting for it to be refunded, when I was told it would be immediate (via debit, not a credit card hold). So be ready to spend an additional fee that you may or may not get back. The hot tub just has a piece of ply wood thrown on top, and the ceiling above the pool looks like it’s going to cave in. If I knew I’d be spending an extra $150 on my stay, I would have picked a nicer hotel.

It was very clean, bed was comfortable, front desk staff were very pleasant.

The patio door didn't open properly and had to pushed from the bottom.

Overall it was a good stay, I stayed there with my son and fiancé. For what you pay for, it’s pretty good. The only downfall was the location is very central for noisy people but the noise stops at around 10:30pm so it’s not that big if a deal. Very central like mentioned, so pizza, grocery store and gas stations are everywhere which is a plus :). Swimming pool was an awesome addition for our son as well to play

This place was dirty. Elevator obviously hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Furniture in room not taken care of; old and scratched. Room didn't look or smell clean. We actually left at 9pm and had to find other accommodations because we were so uncomfortable. This is not the place it once was.

We liked the location and price of a room for 2 adults and 2 kids

We were disappointed by the restaurant next door to the hotel (Perkin's). They could not seat us for 10 mins because they were understaffed, so we decided to leave.

The pool and the room we just looove the room! 456 is our favourite!

A little noisy on our last night but it was understandable at the Toronto maple leafs hockey game was on and it seemed like all the guests staying at the hotel were watching

Came into a room where the beds were made but the sheets were not changed. Then a hotel associate opened our door and tried to walk in twice.

Pool was disgustingly dirty , we were there for 3 days and the same hair clump was in the drain as the day we got there . The room was filthy ; there was a dirty towel left in our sink and old pizza pepperoni found under the pull out couch .

The room we had was perfect for family. Separate bedroom area.

Furniture was a bit warn and dirty along with a very dusty vent.
