Our room is clean, Bed is comfortable. The iron has a strong burst of stream which is seldom in other Hotels. The staff are nice and pleasant.

The Hotel did not mention that they are doing a renovation. I would not have chosen this hotel at all. We arrived to a made up reception area that is not well lit and a few tables in the room. The elevator floor is dirty and the hallway on our floor is Dusty and old carpets piled up on the floor.Very disappointed !!! It was embarrassing for me to bring my my sick father who has cancer and sister and husband to this hotel. It was shocking!! We were forced to stay in our room since there is no beautiful lobby to go down and relax. This is not acceptable at all!!! I also blame Booking.com for not mentioning in the site that Hotel is currently going through a renovation so we'll have option not to take this hotel. We were deceived !!!!!!!! I will never again book a hotel owned by Best Western ! Oh And I was charged twice for the 3 rooms I reserved, from May 19 to May 22 even after speaking to the receptionist the night before check out. Master Card is still showing pending... transaction !!!! By the way, we were here for a funeral of my Uncle. Double whammy !!!

Spacious and clean room, very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. It was warm and cozy.

Shortly after arriving we noticed the shower head was leaking, spraying water over the top of the curtain into the bathroom and when I notified the front desk they said they would look at it in the morning, basically after we checked out. We asked for a different room, but none available. They didn’t offer to help clean it up, which is fine. We asked for extra towels to be out in our room for the morning, they were not delivered. I wish we had known about the building being under construction before booking. At 8am workers were drilling outside our room, waking us much earlier than planned. The room was over $200. The quality of our stay did not match the cost of the room.
