I didn’t receive any breakfast

Roof leak in the bathroom. The walls were thin and heard the neighbours all night lights on the roof flashed in the room all night as curtains didn’t block out the lifht

Beds were comfy and staff were friendly. Nice to have access to outside from room.

We paid extra on bookings for a suite (seperate room) with two beds as we have kids and thought it would be easier if the older two were in a different room than the baby. We arrived and the room was booked with someone who stays there monthly. They were going to give us a regular room which is fine but I paid extra for the suite. They did end up giving us a discount but it was still more than what I would of paid for a regular room on the app if that's what I would of booked instead of the suite. And if it was booked with someone who stays there monthly why is that even an option to book on bookings? How many other people are they doing this too? The fridge took a long time to get cold we thought it was broken but it did end up working the next morning. The room wasn't that clean. The bathroom tub took a LONG time to drain and the shower was a bit tricky to figure out. There was also very minimal towels provided.. one cloth. Breakfast was continental but very minimal. Toast, muffin, yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, coffee and juice.

Fitness centre didn’t have proper equipment. Garbage bins were full. Staff first gave us a very poor room. Even the toilet stopped flushing

Double charge....paid on booking.com and charged cc at hotel. No reimbursement yet. Rooms were fine...but old and smelly. Shower was poor. Hair dryer literally caught fire.

The room was very hot, it took air conditioner long time to get to comfortable temp. The tv remote n channels were not working properly Breakfast choice was very limited not like it used to be. No available bathroom for usage after breakfast cause of checking out to fly out.... Charge to leave vehicle at motel, even with reservation for night of arrival after a week. We have stayed at this location everytime we have flown out of Edmonton and have never had to pay to park.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, had to purchase a air freshner to get rid of that. Had 1 towel for 2 people, called down the the front desk, waited for the towels to arrive. 30 minutes later we called and were told to "come get them." Pillows were like sleeping on a cookie sheet. Beds lifted when you sat on the end of them. Overall will never stay here again, not a good value after all. Almost seemed like a crack hotel, with transient people coming back and forth day and night.

If you paid for 9 days you don't get extra kleenex and there 1 ply toilet paper not good

No heat, knocking in the wall the whole time, smell of cigarette smoke, bath tub drain was clogged, no microwave, no fridge no coffee maker not even a cup.
