. Stayed for 2 nights. The staff is friendly. Good breakfast. The girl Bozhana does everything for breakfast. The room was clean, the girls Ulyana and Oksana always asked if we needed something for our comfort. The staff is friendly

It would be better if you could add more breakfast options

The location is very good, my room was clean, bed was comfy, The man at the check in was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast, waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt and more.

Spa bath was great, albeit a little unsafe getting in and out of.

Breakfast was described as a full continental, but was old muffins and bagels.

Customer service, helpful. Picked us up at airport. Older, but welll maintained.

We arrived the evening before our flight and were thrilled to see the restaurant was open for supper. We had a excellent supper there. Morning breakfast was also excellent. The continental breakfast had more choice then we expected! Left our car at Park2Go as we weren't aware of their parking availably and shuttle service.

Couldn't find a luggage trolley to transport our luggage to the room.
