The location was good. A supermarket is directly near the hotel. There are tables in front of the hotel where you can stay or eat. The staff is very friendly.

We got a wrong information for the breakfast time and were too late. But we were allowed to take a few things to our room and ate in our room.

Stay was ok

Staff was unhelpful, incompetent with attitude when I called back regarding double charges on my stay. They insisted that only one charge was made but my credit card had 2 charges with 2 separate reference numbers. It was a frustrating experience that left a bitter after taste

we enjoyed the stay. one small suggestion, if possible please make the breakfast room little bigger in size.

the place really gross. It was so dusty, that it was flaring up my allergies. they a sign in the room that they would clean the room every three days, in my 5 days stay they cleaned 0 times

In general, the rooms are clean and decently comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast, wifi, and parking included.

The staff were not the most pleasant to deal with. At one point someone came up to tell me my 2.5 year old was stomping and needed to stop (at 5pm). I was apologetic and said I would keep him quieter, which I did, but she was horribly rude about it. Yet, later that night around midnight someone in an adjoining room was causing a commotion and nothing was done about it. The next morning a different staff member entered our room with a key without knocking, which was a bit shocking. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.

Good location to restaurants, breakfast was okay.

Don't have ramp if you have big luggages.

Hot breakfast was really good, there was everything you could possibly want. What impressed me the most though was that they upgraded me at no cost from 2 double beds to 2 queen beds!

To get to the breakfast lounge, you have to go outside to the front hotel building. Not pleasant in bad/cold weather.

very disappointed with the way I was treated in the breakfast room. I had to leave at 730 am to get to work for 8am. No time to sit down and have breakfast. I was assuming I could pick up a fruit and coffee then rush to work. Unfortunately a woman working in the breakfast room firmly with no smile and mean. She told me I was not allowed to take anything out of the breakfast room. I told her I had no time and was rushing to work. She had no kindness just NO! to me. I felt like I was being treated like child. I left the apple and banana on the counter without saying anything. I was shocked. I thought breakfast was included? I paid for that service in the amount I aid for the room. Not a happy customer.I feel the need to talk to the manager. after all I used the hotel because I had to work, for convenience. I ended up spending more money buying breakfast and honestly felt mistreated. One more thing. The rooms are very noisy. the room above my room had a family with a small child and dog. There was an extreme amount of noise but luckily it ended before 930pm however the got up at 6am and I could hear everything very easily. I dont blame the family I think the hotel should be more sound proof. I rarely write bad reviews but I just couldn't understand the breakfast lady's attitude and I felt ripped off. I really hope to speak to the manager.

I was not allowed breakfast sound between rooms

The room with two beds was comfy and the whirpool was really nice. We like having a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine as well. The staff was friendly.

The hallway to the rooms stank of a strong perfume smell. I had to quickly go through it as I risked having an headache each times. I suspect it's the carpet freshener the staff uses. Thankfully, there wasn't carpet in the room.
