Loved the room, and the staff. Incredible.

On-site food was VERY expensive, not worth the cost.

The pool being open 24 hours was definitely super awesome!! I believe most hotels should have this. Valet was superb :) Our stay was excellent! We were treated like family and we felt very at home. Our two 70 LB dogs were very welcomed as well. They have complementary dog treats in little goodie bags in the lobby near the seating area that i thought was pretty cool. Poolside staff was great. They are top tier in there service 100% :)

We loved our stay and the staff & the service was hands down the best! But if i were to leave this box empty or type N/A, i would be lying to you & myself as well. The cleanliness of our room was pretty low. When using the sink, some water had gotten on the floor so i used a paper towel(i brought my own paper towels) to wipe it up and when i finished, i went to throw the paper towel away and noticed the paper towel was now black… The carpets were not vacuumed, and the walls were dirty. We very much enjoyed our stay and the service we received was exceptional! So I did not make it a big deal or say anything about it, but now that im being asked what i didn’t like about the property, that would have to be the only dislike, but this is something that would not change my mind on Giving this property 5 stars!!:)

Our océan view was blocked by palms. Food was excellent BUT overpriced and the restaurant noisy. Husband called “Cobalt” an elite Texas Roadhouse.

I like that there are some rooms with pool access. I was somehow not given one of those rooms despite my request.

There was absolutely no shower pressure whatsoever. It was not even a little acceptable how bad the pressure was. Also I didn’t like that breakfast was not included for the more than $1000 I spent for just 2 nights. It costs the hotel $3 to make a few scrambled eggs and that’s would have gone a long way to make me happy. And the facilities are very tired, stains on furniture, dirty walls, etc.

Extremely friendly staff.

Wish it was adult only.
