Third time staying there! love it so so much!

Size, location, everything. Will come back! We even extended our stay because our room was available. A very chill adult-friendly hotel meets Airbnb style property: you have all the amenities of a hotel but they don’t bother you during your stay. Small kitchen sufficient for making breakfast and sandwiches. 20 min walking into downtown, 3 min to beach, 18 rooms cozy feel, fantastic place.

Nothing really. Some bathroom fixtures could be updated and an additional light provided in the shower area that is a bit dark.

Right from the start we fell in love with South Beach Place. The staff is the best in all our travels. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously kept.

If we had to say anything it would probably be the bed pillows. Next time, we will just bring our own.

Quaint and comfortable. Nice decor, friendly staff. Good pressure in the shower which was unexpected.

Need to keep a broom available in the rooms. Hotel is pet friendly and I'm a chronic sweeper at home.

as a solo traveler I don’t think I would give a 100% thumbs up as it’s a motel style with virtually no staff contact if you arrive after hours. I would say it’s an excellent stay for a couple or small family

Cleanliness, inside and out. Staff attitude, including cleaning staff made us feel welcome. Location is adjacent to Florida park, South Beach Place Park, is one of the best beaches in the state. So close to the motel you could walk from your room to beach in five minutes. Pool and lounges were immaculate. Pool equipment, beach equipment, and bicycles available. Best part is the room; clean, interestingly furnished (sort of art deco), kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, toaster, eating and food prep utensils, blender, microwave. Bedroom A/C kept the whole unit cool despite 88 f temps.

More time to stay over. We could only stay 3 nights.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere, it had a great vibe, awesome decor. Right next to the beach, even had beach chairs and umbrellas to use! Will definitely be back! The staff were super friendly and very helpful, great perfect sized kitchen...our to go place, when heading to the beach, from now on! 😀

There was no elevator. They asked the guest to empty the trash for the entire stay. There is only one AC unit per suite. There was no air circulation in the bathroom. Nothing was as listed on the website.
