Nothing went well. We were very let down. Thought it was going to be so much cleaner.

"Pet-Friendly" was the only info we found on dogs. Found out after getting to the location it was $75. At that point we were unable to take our dog back home and was forced to pay. Our door on room 311 could not lock because it was unaligned to the door frame. It slammed shut way too hard. The carpet in front of the door was torn and frayed. There was a dirty towel rolled up on the floor in the closet letting us know they did not clean in there. There were black looking marks on our sheets. The bedding and pillows were absolutely horrible. The shower corners were very dirty. The closet doors were off the tracks making it very difficult to move. The toilet kept cutting on and off water flow every 20 minutes.

Waffle breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities looked great but there was a family reunion and they used the pool table the entire time, which was a bit disappointing as we did want to play a game of pool but certainly not the hotel's fault. We were able to bring our 2 dogs with just one pet fee, whereas the nearby hotels wanted to charge per pet. There was a large grassy area with a doggy bag dispenser and conveniently located receptacles which made it very easy to take the dogs out. Bathroom & shower were very nice, appeared recently updated. Plenty of shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Mini fridge was cold. Plenty of channels available.

Coffee at free breakfast was very badly burnt, had to get coffee on the road when we left (coffee makers in the room had stained filter baskets that probably should be replaced.) Pillows weren't very comfortable but I know that can come down to personal preference. There was a very strange noise/alarm sound late at night that sounded like it was coming through the speaker inside the unit. It went off once and then stopped.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and swimming in the pool. Our room was very sizable and nice and the price was reasonable.

It was a little far from downtown. We could have used new towels but I could have also asked. Everything else was very clean.

Everything about the property was great. From the very first impression to the end, everyone was super helpful and nice about it.

It was super hot in the room. The air wouldn’t cool the room no lower than 74°.

The staff and location was great!

The light fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom were very dusty. The kitchenware and room needs updating really bad. The pillows on the sofa had stains. The toilet and microwave were dirty. The staff was kind enough to move us to another room, but we were still not pleased with the condition of the room. We left a day earlier because we were not comfortable. This hotel is definitely overpriced. I will never stay there again!

The rooms were clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great( sausage, eggs, and a bagel with cream cheese) and my husband and I both tried the hamburgers at the restaurant/bar and they were pretty good. Overall a great experience. The customer service was good too.

The only complaint we had is the cleaning lady came into our room at 8:20 am only knocking once and just walked in while we were sleeping. We had our sweet bulldog with us, but if we had another one she would have been chased down the hall. But other than that it was a good experience.
