It was close to the airport and the AC was amazing. The staff was friendly.

I wish there had been help with the bags and the shuttle service was too busy. Maybe the shuttle service needs to be run more often? We had to Uber because the shuttle was just too full after waiting through two rotations.

Staff was inviting and very welcoming. Had a very brief but great stay. Close to the airport.

Breakfast always a treat at a Hampton. Fresh blueberries by the waffles and sliced almonds by the oatmeal were welcome. Towels fluffy and thick, beds comfortable, staff super even after midnight.

Room smelled of stale smoke. Next room better but still not the fresh clean air I would like for this chain. Very pleased that they easily gave us a different room. Airport shuttle in the morning was efficient and every half hour. Couldn't get it the night before as too late, after 11:30 pm.

It was great location for JFK but the bus from the hotel to the airport was late and very packed. Breakfast was good too and plentiful.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, absolut nicht hilfsbereit und eher genervt vom allem. Der Shuttlebus ist 2 Stunden lang nicht aufgetaucht, wir mussten uns selbst ein Taxi organisieren, was dem Personal auch sehr egal war. Es wurde auf keine E-Mail geantwortet. Es wurde nicht von Telefon abgehoben. Also niemand dort war bereit seine Arbeit zu machen.

Not all Elevators were functioning, sometimes creating wait lines. Not too bad but could’ve been better.

This hotel is very dated & extremely pricey for what it offers. No restaurants near by or at the hotel just bar food.

The bed was comfy, so clean, and the breakfast was relatively diverse. My boyfriend has a very strict diet and even he could find something. The staff were friendly and the fact that they had a shuttle to JFK every 30 minutes came in so handy.

The toiletries were so limited, the shuttle was so small, and the facility was a little old. So, although it was comfy it was a little over priced

Each morning the oatmeal was stiff and unappealing. If your going yo see be it, make it with care.

Not recommended. The bus to the owner Hilton hotel looks like a prison bus. This hotel is in a dodgy area with rubbish all over the pavements if you catch the public bus there and then walk. Then again it’s a realistic introduction to America if that’s what you want. There is evidence of bad repairs to the ceiling where maybe it leaked. Wing shade of paint. The shower curtain let water all over the floor. Generally speaking a forgettable place and very much not worth the money sorry

Hôtel situé proche de JFK. Pratique avec le shuttle dans les deux sens Simple et pas cher de se rendre à Manhattan (bus + métro 1h15 environ) Les lits n’ont rien de sensationnel… pas un grand confort mais le principal est là Service de bagagerie pour laisser les valises en attendant l’avion

shuttle was a great addition but it wasn't clear how we actually got it - it was only because a friend stayed a few days earlier than us and told us what to do

communication could have been clearer about the shuttle and the 5am shuttle the next day was full although we got to reception at 4.50am as advised. we had to take a taxi or we would have been touch and go on our flight so if you are that busy I would suggest more than 2 shuttles an hour

The shuttle service was great. It arrived at Federal Circle, and the driver was helpful and courteous. Also we were very grateful that the shuttle dropped us off at our terminal. Once again, the shuttle driver was wonderful. Finally the check in and out process was very easy, and the staff was lovely.

The room was very roomy, but it would have been nice to have some extra towels for the shower. Otherwise we were very happy with the room.
