Great breakfast. Basic but good

I liked the location and the staff was very friendly.

The room itself was not in good condition. Nails sticking out of transition strip on the floor, terrible painting and patch jobs on the walls/bathroom door. Mattress cover was full of stains and dirty (pet friendly room). The sheets and bedding smelled and felt clean and our sleep wasn't affected.

It’s run down since it’s glory days. Stayed there in 2022 and enjoyed it. Back then they still had a breakfast buffet/restaurant for brunch not just continental breakfast. This time they had a small continental breakfast that ran out of juice, coffee and milk for cereal but 8:15am (supposed to run until 9am) I said something to the front staff and they offered to make more coffee and restock however coming back 20 minutes later they did not. Also had issues with my toilet and had to fix it myself. The venting machines were empty and pool was dirty. Hot tubs were closed. It was an ok stay. I said something to the front desk upon checkout and he apologized

Super 8 is our destination of choice. It's off the main drag. It's centrally located.

The room was too warm. It only has 1 small window to the outside so it took a while to bring the temperature down.

The beds were comfortable and the showers had awesome water pressure.

Everything was great.

I always enjoy my stay, nice staff and clean.

The mattress could be changed, I think it is time. I would like to see fruit on the breakfast menu. Some other places even offer eggs

Elevator as carrying luggage up flights of stairs is quite difficult when u have a ton

Room 1 hot and cold water leaked from the cold tap onto the counter, the towel bar was on the floor of which they knew about. Room 2 the shower head blew off in the middle of a shower almost hitting my daughter in the head , the floor was cracked at the bathroom and uneven

The room was very adequate. The pool was not open. It would have been nice to have some protien in the breakfast, even peanut butter.

As mentioned above, the breakfast lacked protien.

We enjoyed a much improved facility from the days when it was Esther's Inn.

Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Would have been nice if we had been informed about this.

The lobby updates were beautiful.

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Phone rang all night at different times and when we’d answer, it was just static. Barely slept.

The staff were friendly . Our room was a nice size , comfortable and clean. The indoor tropical trees are very pretty and relaxing.

The breakfast was basic, coffee, toast, yogurt, fruit cup. Good enough. Looked like corn flakes and fruit loops for cereal and a juice of some type.

Pool wasn't open but wouldn't have used it, didn't want the breakfast, room was fine. Loved the tropical garden!

The place seriously needs to invest in new beds. They are old and they have 2 body forms worn into them. Also in the shower they need safety bars installed

Location was great.and room was clean.

Noisy guests with kids were up until very late. People in the next room were in and out until very late and noisy as well. No microwave in the room. No glasses either.

Missed the pool and food facility being closed.

No elevator so you need to carry your suitcase all the way to your room through a path full of broken furniture, old carpet, garbage etc. not sure if they want to do a renovation or just want to leave all these on your sight. Room has a ‘central AC’ which makes the room really hot and you cannot lower it down on your side. After wait and talk to the receptionist their solution is turn on the fan, which is not very helpful. Receptionist seems slow and unprofessional, don’t know how to properly do her work as quite some people are waiting to talk to her.

the website says there is a restaurant, there is not Breakfast was included, but it was just a brown bag with a juice box, a fruit cup and a granola bar. The website says there is a pool and hot tub, it was there. the pool was never open and the hot tub rarely open.

Rooms weren't clean, pool was freezing, hot tub was filthy, stains on sheets, smells in room, the complimentary breakfast was a joke. The floors were dirty and sticky.

Not much. This place is full of mold! Wont be long till health authority stuts it down. The continental breckfast is nothibg short of a bad joke on the consumer!!

The pool and hot tub looked dirty and green. There is no elevator, so it was a bit hard to get our luggage to the family suite upstairs. The hotel needs renovation as it looks and smells old/damp. It could be more cleaner too.

Dirty room, staff was no help

Upon arrival staff was dealing with an unruly guest, something that was beyond their control but they dealt with it accordingly and apologized profusely to those of us checking in. They remained professional the entire time.

There was someone sleeping in the stairway at some point.
