Location is central but that parking lot is horrendous. Honestly guys, just book somewhere else.

Parking lots is tiny and cramped. Bathroom is laughably small even for a solo traveler. Steam room didn’t seem to work, floor was gross & begs the question of how often it is being cleaned, lots of hair & who knows what on the floor in the steam room. It has definitely seen better days.

Staff are all really nice, professional. Close (easy walk) proximity to restaurants- Moxie’s, Earl’s, Denny’s. King 1 bedroom suite was a pleasure (apart from the following comment about the tiny toilet and awful soap/shampoo etc.)

The toilet is ridiculously small to sit on -(I’m an average build 200 lb 5’11 guy.) In addition, the shampoo/ moisturizer might be acceptable for an 11 year old “Twilight” fan, but grossly sweet for a grown up. The bar of soap offered is too small to make a lather. (I used to bundle up my used bar of soap, shampoo, and moisturizer from your hotel chain and take them home - left them for the trash this trip.) Also really miss the simplicity of the “Stay 12 Nights, get one free program.”

they charge a deposit for each night staying, 3 nights was a $500 deposit. $200/night. 1 staff member was very rude at check in

Bed bugs crawled out of bed shortly after checking in. Took a sample to front desk, they said they would reimburse for room, and transferred me to another room for the night. Credit card gets charged 3 weeks later, and after calling they said 'they inspected the room and didn't find any signs of bugs'. Unacceptable and shady service by hotel management.

No breakfast

I paid for the room , however my husband flew in and arrived .He was not allowed in due to him not having a credit card . As I was drop my to meet him . I was told he couldn’t check in . Was still charged and neither of stayed there

The small the pool was and the room wasn’t very clean. When we first got there late the clerk said you aren’t supposed to be here until tomorrow. I said I tried to call there to change the date and she told me to phone booking. I said I tried and they told me to call the hotel. I said I tried so she tried phoning the hotel and no answer so she left a message and sent an email. Once the clerk heard that she gave us our keys.
