The bed was quite hard, no jug for water in the room, very overpriced for an old hotel.

Room adjacent to Children's playground which meant no privacy to open curtains etc, poor breakfast selection

Location was great, room was clean, room service was good. Lobby was welcoming and helpful, valet was worry free

I wanted two rooms side by side. We ended up with 2 accessible rooms on the same floor. We didn’t need the accessible rooms or asked for them. I asked if the rooms were close and I was told the same floor but were on different wings. The room with 2 beds had a roll in shower with a bench which is terrible when you have a 2 children. You knew the ages of the kids. Not sure why this room was booked for a family of 4. The second room for my mother had the bathtub… Also the coffee lids didn’t fit the cups which was annoying.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent accommodations. Comfortable beds. Safe and secure setting. Warm cookies upon check in too!

Broken ice machine on our floor but the lobby bar was happy to supply us with plenty of ice.

Check in was nice I got a warm chocolate chip cookie and was explained the details. The bar and restaurant were nice. I loved the live singer in the lobby the energy was great. I felt really safe with everything being key access. I appreciated the 12:00 check out time ! Definitely will stay here again

La situation géographique juste à côté du centre et d'une station de métro.

Sur place le personnel est très attentif mais nous n'avons pas pu communiquer avec eux avant notre arrivée, ni n'avons reçu de confirmation ni de réponse à nos mails.

The shower drained very slowly and the smaller towel rack in the shower was loose.

Nice room except I wish We could have turned off the lighted picture. It was nice , but would like darkness to sleep . We didn’t see anywhere to turn it off . Otherwise the room was nice and comfortable .

Treadmills in the gym were not working for my entire stay. Had to use YMCA gym next door. Not very convenient as YMCA was busy. Not sure why the 2 Treadmills were not being fixed. Barman was not very friendly. Appeared to be overwhelmed with work. But still that should not make him to be unfriendly.

Parking was expensive. We arrived early and our room was ready they still charged us the extra $25 fee. Not a huge deal but a little annoying.
