The rooms were roomie.

Are room had only one towel and when we attempted to get more they had none to give.

The hotel was perfect for the small family reunion that we had. It totally met all of our expectations.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. No more to say!

The room was in ok condition, the breakfast was good they kept up with demand very well. The staff was friendly. The difference in busyness changed dramatically from Saturday night to Sunday.

The room had a broken handle from bedroom to living room. The air was not really cooling. They did provide a fan which was helpful. The pool had been so overwhelmed with people it was very dirty.

It was quiet and pleasant. No problems whatsoever.

The shower head was very loose and I had to call maintenance because my room wouldn’t stay warm but he came right away and fix it

I was lucky to get a room this weekend. My family has been booking embassy for yesrs.

Paying for parking they should include it as a perk to being a hilton honor

Me and my family have stayed at embassy on several occasions , never had a problem. But this past stay was a nightmare. So apparently the hotel is pet friendly now which is not a problem until my mom had an allergic reaction. She coughed and all night for the 2 nights we stayed. Let the staff at the front desk know and they were nice and offered to move us. One staff member said we can move you to another floor ,pets are limited to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Our room was on the 7th floor.Another staff member interrupted and said no we were over booked and allowed animals on all floors last weekend. My mom decided to stick out considering 2 nights on new years was 600.00. We just hoped her airways didn’t close and restrict her breathing. My problem was the general manager who had a terrible attitude when we spoke with her over the phone. She was very unprofessional and rude and should not be leading anybody. We have reached out to corporate and still no one has contacted us. Very upsetting
