The room was comfortable and clean

When I got to the hotel the front desk attendant couldn't find my booking and the manager wouldn't come out of the back office to assist. This was not professional and it made the attendant visibly uncomfortable because she had to repeatedly go back and forth. It would have made more sense for the manager to show support to the employee and resolve the matter. Also, I prepaid the booking to include breakfast, but when I went to look for breakfast, I was told the restaurant was closed until Wednesdays (I was there since Monday). The hotel should make it clear that they do not offer breakfast and, not offer the option for customers to pay. It isn't the money, it is the blatant dishonesty and lack of interest from the management staff when I tried to address the issue that has me upset.

The hotel was clean and the desk staff was friendly.

The room was a bit dated, but still clean. I wouldn't consider it a four star hotel, as listed. I'd call it a solid three star.

- make room was not done during my 4 days stay - no daily complimentary water..

Dated decor in the rooms and bathroom was in need of renovation.

Kind staff, clean room, excellent shower pressure, very nice & comfortable accommodations. We would absolutely stay again!
