Love it. The shampoo and conditioner wow. Also the staff were really nice. They even have me a free pizza :)

The location.

Staff was amazing. Everything was very clean.

I like that it is near some of the fast food chains like In n Out, iHop, Krispy Kreme. But because it's in Daly city, it's pretty far away from downtown SFO so you'll need a car. The wifi is also pretty decent.

We were expecting the housekeeping to clean our rooms everyday but we had to tell the front desk to do so (they have a note to let them know if we want the room to be cleaned). We're not used to this so we prefer to already see a clean room when we come back after a long day. The food was also just okay - one or two meals change per day.

Nothing, everything went well.

The hotel was really excellent. Basic but really clean and comfortable with all that I needed. Lots of USB charging ports right near the bed and by the desk, huge bed with comfortable mattress and pillows, room cleaning service when needed, big bathroom, good water pressure. Big free car park.

The location was perfect for what I needed but a bit out of the way for San Francisco city touring. The breakfast had lots of choice but wasn't great - the hot food seemed cooked elsewhere or micorwaved, but there was cereal and toast/bagels and self-made waffles.

Such an almost hidden jewel in the Bay Area. Daly City is quiet and easy to navigate. Easy to get out of town. Quiet, nice laundry facilities. Staff super helpful. Basic stuff, but clean and well tended buffet area. Good juices and warm food.

Overall Good property. This however, is something I did not like or appreciate. I was devastated. I hope this does not happen to anyone else ever. I had an online reservation for one room. When I showed up they said yes everything is taken care of, here is your room key, have a great night. I proceeded to go up to the room with the room key. When I opened the door to the room a man screamed at me to get out. I yelled back, I am so sorry I think they gave me the wrong room. I immediately went back to the lobby. I informed them as to what had jut occurred. She went to get the manager as it looked like I would be billed for the current room that the guy was in and the new room I would be in. I was so confused and mortified. But, they were kind, they were able to still accommodate me for the night. Please ensure this does not happen again.
