I received the order confirmation email from BOOKING and Mylo Hotel. However, when I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 PM on July 4th, I was told that there was no room reserved for us. You can imagine how disappointed and helpless we were on such a late night. When we check into a hotel at a planned time, but have to face the risk of spending the night on the street, such an experience, I don't think anyone would consider acceptable.

Price was ok.

I do not have a receipt of my room charges, the Mylo attendant was not available. Pictures of the Mylo need to be updated. The room we stayed in the floor was dirty and I have not seen a painted cement floor. The bottom of the bathroom is rotten and painted over. The worse part was the constant noise ALL night long...cars, semi truck, speeding cars, cars burning rubber. The best way to explain our experience it gelt luke we were sleeping on a freeway.

It was a old hotel but decent. No elevator . The check out time is firm. And you have to pay extra for parking on premise

well it can use a major update. I remember staying here before and I loved it. This time around it was a bit rundown. Also couldn’t really sleep we noticed some shady people hanging around not sure that they were guest and the cops showed up to arrest the guest next to us it was a big production. I understand that part wasn’t the hotels fault but still made me feel unsafe.

Room is clean, facilities are in good condition. There are two electrical stoves and microwave oven but we didn’t use them during this stay. Fridge and coffee machine work well, thank you.

Our room was booked via booking.com but the hotel didn’t save us a parking spot, we had to look for street parking by ourselves. Bed is too soft.

There was a mixup in the room on the first night and we were put in a double bed instead of a king. We should have been compensated. Next room had a dead battery so I couldn't get in Finally got the right room on third try. Staff was nice though.

Amazing location. Cool view of the street. a perfect room for resting and sleeping.

Couldn’t get a hold of the management to arrange a 3rd guest, neither directly nor via Booking.com.
