The hotel itself is great. Our family room, pool, games room and breakfast are all exceptional. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

A kids hockey team was staying in the hotel and the staff allowed them (15-20 kids) to play hockey in the indoor courtyard right outside our room from 6-10pm every night (screaming, shooting the ball at our door etc). After TWO phone calls on our second night, front desk finally shut it down at 9:30. Our small children who go to bed at 8pm were exhausted as they couldn’t sleep. For over $200 a night I wasn’t impressed.

The room was spacious and coffee available 24/7

The bathroom light and toilet seat were old and stained. The window in the bathroom was painted shut

Breakfast was excellent as was the staff looking after it. Loved that there was coffee all day and free bottled water. Location good for supermarket and drugstore as wellas restaurants

Not that it was the fault of the hotel but getting back from downtown at night was stressful when we couldn't get a cab. It would make me rethink where I stay if I didn't have a car. I've stayed in msny different hotels and I found the mattress in this one to be less comfortable than most.

We were put in the motel section. I didn’t even realize from the advertisement that there was a motel section. When I asked if we could be moved the hotel said we needed to contact booking.com to make the change. Hotel staff not helpful at all. When I couldnt speak to representative at booking.com directly since bookings are done online it wasn’t worth the headache. Our rooms had a strong mildew smell and was extremely outdated. Our room looked nothing like what was advertised on booking page at the time of booking. Complete false advertisement . I would not recommend this hotel/motel after my experience.
