beautiful setting and easy to get around. comfortable and clean room

Everything from check-in to check-out was superb. The front desk staff did everything a guest could ask for and beyond. The morning breakfasts were the best we had in the 28 days we traveled the Maritimes. Considering that Charlottetown was still recovering from Hurricane Fiona, the stay was excellent.

The owner was very considerate. We checked in after needing to leave our home post Hurricane Fiona. The Harbour House had lost its power as did the majority of people in PEI and had not yet gotten it back He worked very hard to provide a comfortable stay with a wonderful breakfast, charging station for phones and responding quickly to any concerns. The house is beautiful, the rooms nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Both the bed and the loveseat pullout were comfortable with quality mattresses. The location was great! It's a short walk to restaurants, shopping and downtown.

this is not the place to stay if you have a hard time with stairs. (some rooms available on ground floor I believe)

They need to do something for the parking bcz we parked our car at the road it was fine but our car is new . I was little worried . In the morning people was soo loud when they was having breakfast . Bcz I think not everyone goes for breakfast . We went late night and we was sleeping I the noise was bad .

The room was great,bed very comfortable....Breakfast exceeding all expectations,location was brilliant so close to bars and restaurants we had a fantastic stay couldn't fault it

Great location, only a few mins walk to downtown. Our room was very comfortable! We loved the free breakfast options and friendly staff.

the location is great. it is in a quiet area close to the sea and a few minutes walk away from busy streets of downtown. amenities are nice and the breakfast included worked well for us. the place itself is old but well maintained and clean. it's actually pleasant to spend time in the building. 24/7 shared kitchens on every floor. free parking on the back. big screen TV in the room. daily room service with change of clean towels.

1-standing shower in our room was very small. it is important if you are a bigger person, need to help your kid with shower, are pregnant, or have special needs to discuss it with the staff. perhaps there's a room with bath because this standing shower would be a problem for anyone other than a slim young person! 2-I also had difficulty with the mattress. it is a thick and surely good quality one but extremely soft. even though I'm a petite person, I was constantly sinking in my spot!

Great location. Room is of a smaller size but is very clean and comfy. Love the sunroom in the morning - a great place to relax with a coffee. Staff was very helpful and efficient. Breakfast is fresh

My husband and I had a great stay at The Harbour House. A beautiful place with very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The location is also perfect for walking around downtown Charlottetown. We will be back again for sure.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast and overall good facilities like beach towels, laundry and parking.
