Room was really well equiped with great amenities and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Not the Hotels fault but there weren't many eating places close to eat, especially breakfast.

Location and facilities were fantastic. So easy to get to many areas of San Francisco. Staff were very friendly and helpful, very happy to provide advice and travel tips. It was a nice touch that all floors had a sparkling and still water refill machine and the rooms were spacious and well maintained.

Nothing! Having a microwave in the room would have been an added extra that would have been nice, but not a negative in terms of our stay!

Este situat intr-o zona sigura, nu am vazut oameni ai strazii. Se poate ajunge rapid la Fisherman's Wharf si Pier 39. Exista un mic supermarket peste strada. Statia de autobuz pentru a ajunge la Golden Gate este la 5 minute de mers pe jos.

Nu sunt papuci de camera, pretul cam mare pentru facilitatile oferite

J'ai demandé à l'arrivée si le parking était payant ( ce qui est le cas) le réceptionniste m' dit que je ne serais pas facturé et que je pouvais laissé ma voiture. Effectivement pas facturé sur la facture que j'ai payé mais débité sur ma carte par la suite sans mon accord. De plus j'ai été débité de 76€ de parking alors que je suis resté en tout 19 heures à l'hôtel donc plus cher que par tranche de 24h00..... Booking a réclamé pour moi mais ils n'ont rien voulu savoir..Je voyage beaucoup c'est mon 1er souci voire arnaque avec un hôtel depuis 35 ans.

Fresh interiors, some design elements.

Squeaky uncomfortable bed, cheap loud AC and mini-fridge. Room door was located literally in the elevator lobby with all the noise consequences. Literally had better sleep in cheap motels. Expensive parking, even for the area.

Great location, excellent facilities and staff. Loved the free drinks, treats and entertainment in the lobby. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Everything the hotel's location was perfect. We were walking distance from fisherman's warf, Ghirardelli Square, pier 39 ,shops, sight seeing boat rides and plenty of shops.

The thing we didn't like , was our room was over the trash area a bit noisy , but still acceptable.

The area that the property is located is very dilapidated area, graffiti everywhere, like being in the upside world liken to a scene from STRANGER THINGS.

They were all very friendly and welcoming. There were different activities scheduled each day with snacks, fruit infused water, tea/coffee/hot chocolate each morning. Movie night, popcorn, Ghirardelli chocolates, etc etc. Rooms were clean, common areas were clean and kept clean after each activity.

Only complaint, mattress too soft.

Location was excellent! The size of the room and bathroom were good, and quality of furnitures were great. We especially appreciated free drinking water they provided!

New beds were fantastic. Property felt safe. Centrally located.

Room was small for the price. The temperature was hard to maintain triggering the a/c on and off frequently. Parking was very expensive. No coffee onsite in the morning was disappointing. .
