The location was very convenient to Disney and the Anaheim Convention Center. The daily breakfast service was good and the facilities clean. The suites were awesome. Joe's Italian Ice is nearby and there are many good restaurants within easy walking distance.

But the housekeeping was very inconsistent. Some rooms received service every other day (as advertised) and some rooms received no trash, bed, or towel service the entire stay despite multiple front desk requests. This was very frustrating and I will more closely evaluate my non-Hampton Inn options in the future.

The room has a fridge and microwave. The room was overall clean and the bed was comfortable after walking all day at disney.

racheal did the initial check in said card declined. I paid again and the card was approved. -> checked bank account noticed 2 pending charges of 800$. Room on the 3rd floor. Hallway to room smelt like wet carpet and mold smell. The room had the ac blowing and had a musk wet animal smell. Spoke with Joshua at the front desk, he stated he can call the merchant to release the funds but it is Saturday and wasnt sure if the would answer. It takes 3 business days to fall off. He switched our room from the 3rd to 7th floor. Room on the 7th floor seems cleaner and had a better smell than the 3rd floor. We decided to do an early check out around 4am. There is no ring or anything to notify front desk you are waiting. I decided to say hello after a few times, a young woman appeared from the back door. Her appearance was disheveled and almost like she just woke up. When i asked for a receipt Valeria was unable to provide a receipt due to system turnover to provide a receipt. Not sure if the names i provided are their real names since the front desk staff does not wear name tags. Which is very odd if i may ask given other hotels. Overall the experience at Hampton inn was underwhelming. The room was clean once we were provided the correct room. I think the beds were comfortable or decent. After 8hours plus of walking around disney we had no issues falling asleep. The breakfast is hit or miss, but is one less meal to buy and has hot food options. 12 min drive to disney, you could possibly walk and or take public transit. In the future, i will not stay here due to the inconvenient location and distance to disney. However, mostly because of the lack of customer service. The front desk staff are the first impression. They need a course or refresher on soft skills, conflict resolution and over continued development on professionalism.

All the Receptionist the 3 nights had no customer service nor any smiles on there face not very welcoming

El desayuno era variado y tenía un horario amplio comparado con otros hoteles, tenía suficientes lugares para estacionar la camioneta grande que traíamos, el personal del front desk siempre muy amables y atentos.,

No me gustó que era un espacio reducido para servir los alimentos del desayuno considerando que era una gran cantidad de personas alojadas, pereo ya una vez servido sí había lugar dond estar. No me gustó que el agua estuviera limitada.

Proximity to Disneyland and restaurants was excellent.

The additional charge for parking in the parking lot.

No fueron a limpiar el cuarto y en la recepción no me dieron opción de pagar el depósito (que no me habían mencionado) efectivo y todo se tenía que cargar en un mismo pago con la misma tarjeta
