Appeared to be cleaned, needed an extra blanket and they were accommodating with no issues and asked for a late check out.
The lobby area could use more air conditioning. No pool on this property.

Bathroom was not clean in the 1st or or the 2nd one they put me in.

Great room very comfortable. Great exercise room/gym with a lot of treadmills and equipment. Loved the bar being on site, restaurant also. Less than 10 minutes from the airport + free airport shuttle.
They didn’t have toiletries available for purchase like other hotels do. Would be helpful. Do wish the bar was open earlier and longer. Would be helpful to have something on the TV about the hotel and its amenities. Kinda had to explore to find things.

Location was good for the Ronald Reagan Airport. Booked at very short notice as delayed unexpectedly overnight due to a security delay at Dulles Airport. Ideal for what we needed a the time. Hotel was being refurbished, which was slightly worrying from the outside when we arrived due to the scaffolding and hoardings etc, but from inside and overnight you would not have known this was happening at all.

My room wasn't available so the staffer wanted me to pay for an upgrade. I'm not having that. My room needed updating, holes in the walls, heater was noisy, bathroom sink cold water, tv in odd location, and the windows were filthy on the outside.

The breakfast in the plaza was good the staff was nice. The check in staff was great. I said gm to the person working in the Cafe he never acknowledged me. I asked where relish was he never looked at me or responded
Most of the staff was friendly but a few were rude and acted as if they did not appreciate guest

Room was nice and clean
The shuttle needs to pick up in more places. People should not have to drag their luggage if their plane lands in Terminal 2 because you only make selected stops at Terminal 1. Also, the refrigerator was either not plugged in or not working.

There was constant construction going on pounding of the jack hammer right outside

the front desk people are so accomodating and friendly
you have to constantly ask them to clean your hotel room, even if you're staying for long period of time.

Easy check-in and friendly staff, prime location for the event I attended, as well as close to DC. The shuttle from the airport was also convenient and helpful.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. If I had to change something, I would recommend adding microwaves to the rooms, but this is not urgent.
