There was a hot tub. The pool was supposed to be heated, it wasn't. But at this point just having it full of water was a bonus compared to everything else

Internet stopped working so I could not get my work done that I needed to get done before a deadline. When asking the front desk to fix it they first said it was working fine, then after I showed them that it is not working they blamed the weather! It was a perfectly still calm night with no rain!!?? I asked what weather they were talking about? They just stood there silent. The beds were so soft you sunk 1ft down into them amd wake up with a very sore back. Not helpful when you're paying to get a good rest to be able to drive for 8 hours the next day. They did nothing about the fact that people were loudly partying in and out of the rooms all night until 4am. We had a 5 year old with us that was up all night because of it.

the room is clean. It does not smell smoke like any other travelodge. Staff are friendly. It's walking distance to a restaurant which is super great!

breakfast- it would be worth the money if they serve protein like eggs and sausages. Fibers like fruits. travellers need this to function. The outdoor part where theres a huge field at the back can somehow be a great picnic area or a play area for the kids but we cant access it.

Loved the pool & hot tub & breakfast. The staff were kind & friendly. The room was clean & had a coffee maker in the room.

Location was easy, we were travelling through to another town so it was good for a shower and a bed

Room were clean, kurigs in room a nice surprise and daily housekeeping a plus.

Breakfast didn't start until 7, which didn't work for us having a swim meet start at 645. When I asked if we could just grab a fruit or something prior to 7 was told no. Paid a lot of money for a stay with breakfast that I couldn't even utilize. Pool was fine but cold and dirty towels thrown about. Staff not overly friendly, seemed any question I asked (or even just checking in) that I wad an inconvenience.
