The location was perfect. We flew in to attend the Dallas Cowboys game. The room was great. We were on a high floor. We watched fireworks all around us to ring in the new year. It was a trip to remember.
No hot tub.

The room size, the staff, the location, the couch and a nice warm shower
The bed, the sheets didn’t fit the bed, the 2 inches of dust on the furniture

It was clean the staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable
The water is a bit cooler at night because of everybody showering and the shower did not drain very well

Bathroom needs new toilet and shower.

Staff was so nice, place was clean, great location, would definitely be coming back!!
The toilet were extremely LOUD, it would wake people up and toilet would make noise even when we didn’t flush it

The Staff
It’s beginning to show its age. We had to change rooms because the toilet wasn’t mounted to the floor good and there was something brown splattered on the wall by one of the beds. The furniture in both rooms was pretty worn.

the rooms were very dated! Lighting very much needs updating. Very underwhelming. so happy it was only a 1 night stay

Mainly the location and the look of the building
The room was small, beds small, poor insulation (heard voices constantly throughout my stay).
Extremely difficult to rest.

We were in town to see Taylor Swift! When we walked in everyone was so friendly and the energy was amazing. The hotel had decorated for the concert and was even playing her music. It was such a fun idea! We loved our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough. It would be perfect for a romantic weekend away.

House keeping, and front desk staff.
Being charged 25 dollars for a buffet that I only ate fruit from, the 100 deposit at check in that I wasn't aware that would have to be given which has me short on cash.

The breakfast was ridiculously overpriced for what you got. For $23, I would expect a made to order breakfast and not a basic cold buffet.

close to the stadium for football
way over priced for the room not to mention for breakfast and a shuttle. not worth the money paid

Good location. Nice hotel
The water in the toilet kept running the handle would get stuck.The bathroom plug was loose that the blow dryer kept unplugging.The wall plug by the bed had no cover and it was loose so the lamp and alarm clock were not plugged in.
