Remodeling was noisy. The water was cut off half way through my shower.

Staff was so nice, place was clean, great location, would definitely be coming back!!

The toilet were extremely LOUD, it would wake people up and toilet would make noise even when we didn’t flush it

The Staff

It’s beginning to show its age. We had to change rooms because the toilet wasn’t mounted to the floor good and there was something brown splattered on the wall by one of the beds. The furniture in both rooms was pretty worn.

the rooms were very dated! Lighting very much needs updating. Very underwhelming. so happy it was only a 1 night stay

Mainly the location and the look of the building

The room was small, beds small, poor insulation (heard voices constantly throughout my stay). Extremely difficult to rest.

We were in town to see Taylor Swift! When we walked in everyone was so friendly and the energy was amazing. The hotel had decorated for the concert and was even playing her music. It was such a fun idea! We loved our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough. It would be perfect for a romantic weekend away.

House keeping, and front desk staff.

Being charged 25 dollars for a buffet that I only ate fruit from, the 100 deposit at check in that I wasn't aware that would have to be given which has me short on cash.

The lobby was very pretty, the rooms need to be updated.

The breakfast was ridiculously overpriced for what you got. For $23, I would expect a made to order breakfast and not a basic cold buffet.
