The breakfast was good and well presented. The shuttle bus to and from the airport worked well for us. The receptionist was very helpful and had us checked in swiftly after a very long flight.

The location of the hotel solved many logistical problems when we took advantage of the free shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast was good without being particularly impressive.
It was an odd thing but when we went to watch the television it would rotate only partially in the direction of either the couch or the bed. I ended up moving an ottoman in front of the TV and watching without a seat back.

We requested a room on the upper floor and had a good view of the planes taking off and landing at Austin Airport. The king room had a good amount of space to put your stuff. The front lobby had lots of space for breakfast. We appreciated the airport shuttle late at night, although we did have to wait awhile because there were a number of hotel guests being transported at the same time.
Breakfast had the usual items. We wish they had more variety of food items especially when you stay for more than a couple of days. The rooms could be updated because because the furnishings were showing their age with wear and tear.

Didn't have any vending machines, I prefer vending machines rather than buy at the front counter.
Breakfast starts too late affecting early morning flying customers, should have an early bird breakfast option for customers flying before 7 AM.

Because my flight was delayed, I wasn’t able to check in until 2 am. Melinda was friendly and upbeat as if it was the start of her shift. Her customer service was superb. There was a nice selection for breakfast.

The breakfast was fresh fruit, oatmeal, biscuits, eggs and sausage patties, waffles, muffins, and cold cereal. It was hot and tasty. The location was good for our purpose, one night layover in Austin. It was close to the highway and we did hear planes taking off from the airport. There were several restaurants within walking distance.
There was a noise in our room that seemed to go away in the evening, it sounded like a vent fan creaking.

The breakfast was very good. However, the dining area needed updated. The furniture was very worn and not very eye appealing.
The hotel itself needed updated. The price was definitely inflated because of the races and we felt we were taken advantage of because that was the primary reason we were there. There were no other accommodations or extras in our room. For example ,other hotels where we have stayed provided bottles of water & snacks for the guests. For WHAT WE PAID, WE SHOULD HAVE HAD CHAMPAGNE IN OUR ROOM EVERY NIGHT!!!!
We didn't see the sign stating the room wouldn't be serviced- unless requested - until the second night, therefore we didn't have clean towels until our last night and the bed had not been changed. This information could have been verbally communicated upon check-in.

The faucet in bathtub kept running(so it was noisy). The stopper in sink doesn't come up. The mattress was hard.
