Super clean, friendly staff and 24x7 airport pickup is fantastic

The staff at the front desk for check in was amazing, kind, helpful and welcoming. The staff at the bar and in the restaurant were bland at best.

As mentioned the bar tender and the staff in restaurant were pretty unresponsive. Also, the pool water was very warm, which was fine at night and even lovely for a night swim, but during the day unbearably warm (not sure if you could even address this as it was clearly weather related, and I liked it and also didn't, LOL)

Just they way some of the staff treated us left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the stay while celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary.

I made reservations that included breakfast for all of us and the front desk at first said they did not see it on our reservation, then said they did but they would only honor it for 2 people and there were 3 of us. I paid a lot of extra money for breakfast. The whole experience was a huge hassle. I hate to be nickel and dimed at a hotel I paid $200 for a 1 night stay. I will never stay at this hotel again. No wonder hardly anyone was staying here when we did.

The breakfast was delicious but but not as advertised. We expected a buffet breakfast included with our stay and that was not the case.

This Holiday Inn really exceeded my expectations. Outstanding hotel!

everything was fine except our arrival on the bus. unfortunately at 2 am when you call for a shuttle you would hope that you would be treated the same as flight staff.

we called for a shuttle from the airport and waited 20 minutes and the driver told us he wouldn’t take us only the pilots/flight attendants. i would have no issue with that but unfortunately they got there after us and we were stuck waiting another 20 minutes on another bus in the cold at 2 am. when i called the hotel telling them about the incident the response was “i can’t do anything about it the next bus will be there”

Everything was perfect, clean, on time.

You say breakfast was included in the final price, but in the hotel, they just give a coupon for 2 adults and 1 kid free, so I have to pay for the rest of my crowd. You have to be clear on that matter.

9am had a knock from housekeeping. Responded that we were still occupying the room. I was called at 9:30am by housekeeping and was told it’s time to check out. mind you, Check-out time was at 12:00pm. Felt like we was being rushed out of our room, while trying to get shower, dressed, and enjoying our complimentary coffee in our room. Ended up checking out at 10:30AM. We was promptly asked by housekeeping in hallway on our way out, if we was checking out? This hotel is nice and clean! But, to be rushed out of our room by housekeeping early! Is just unprofessional, when I paid to be there during my check-in (3pm) and check-out (12pm) times!
