Parking as a hotel guest who paid 240$ and then having to pay 65$ for parking extra.

Parking was a complete rip off. You pay 240$ for a hotel that offers paper plates and plastic cups and is no better than a Holiday Inn Express and then you have to pay 65$ for the parking. I mean this is the US who is coming by train. At the Hotel reception they don't even inform you about this and when you leave the valet suddenly charges you so much. Anyway why a 3 star hotel needs a guy that parks your car. I don't recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

The rooms seemed clean and well kept and comfortable. A little warm (next time I’ll bring a fan) but otherwise fine. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

While it was nice to have the ION water dispensers on each floor, many weren’t working I did go to breakfast every morning and while it was decent, the hot items weren’t really kept hot. I would still consider staying here again.

Se pusieron en contacto conmigo desde el momento en que hice la reserva. Llegué 4 horas antes de la hora del check-in y, como había disponibilidad, me hicieron un upgrade de habitación y me permitieron ingresar inmediatamente sin costo adicional. La atención del personal de la recepción fue siempre excelente. La habitación era luminosa, grande, super completa y estaba impecable. La ubicación, excelente. Todo de 10!

El desayuno es muy básico; creo que tiene oportunidades de mejora.

Good location with easy access to all the bars/restaurants, a 20 min ride to both COTA or the airport

Het ontbijt is niet geweldig. De kamers zijn ook aan de kleine kant, geen echt zitje / bank oid

Super Lage. Ideal für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt.
