Not A Good Experience

Honestly the breakfast was the only thing that was 100% on point.

There were so many things that didn't live up to our expectations. 1. We did not get the room we reserved and extra charges were made(although resolved after I had to address it and keep standing in line) 2. The parking in the garage that is not attached to the hotel with broken elevators...very unsafe 3. No bedding for the vintage pullout couch that had stains and the shower was broken(no water) 😞

Nice overall. Clean room and spacious.

Parking garage elevators were out which was a big hassle in the heat. No sheets for the pullout bed.

Excellent

I was travelling alone and checked in late in the evening after a long day of many complications. I was so thankful for the understanding of the front desk staff who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located and I enjoyed a run along the river, just a stones throw away from the hotel, during my stay in Austin. Thanks again and see you soon!

Not clean, dated, beds and pillows not comfortable. People that work there should get in the pool, and see how cold it is. Needs to be heated.

good! but because of the double charge i can’t trust another embassy suites

The city viewing room is one of the best !!

had a hiccup with a double charge & the manager said it was because i booked through booking.com

nice staff friendly room size

ac does not work good. no hot tub. indoor pool cold. didn’t have blankets and pillows for sofa so had to go get them. bathroom tub drain very slow and bathroom small

continental breakfast and omelette station was really nice. it is conveniently located near Palmer event center.

pull out couch was not very comfortable for sleeping and I wish the pool was warmer.

very close to where we needed to be

having to pay $36 to park one night is absurd. there were children screaming and running circles on our floor going up and knocking on our door as a game. staff did nothing!

Decor and Furniture in room was very outdated - rugs were old, TV was ancient! Bathroom needs to be upgraded - faucet hanging off of the wall
