Staff wasn’t the nicest

Lobby was clean and looked good

Didn't even get checked in. Price on booking was $101, total cost with taxes $121. At time of check-in they tried to charge me $242. $142 for the room and $100 deposit, even though I was using my credit card to pay. Told the desk person that they are overcharging me and no where did they have listed there was a deposit fee, they said it was taxes and that all the hotels have a $100 fee. I showed them my total price to stay and they just argued with me. I had also messaged them the day before asking if they had put a $100 hold on my card because there was a mysterious $100 charge on my card that had not been used yet. No answer in $24 hours. Hilton has lost my business, they are completely dishonest

I love the people and staff/ the room was amazing and very detailed also VP was very patient and amazing with helping me and others meet the best expectations possible I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an AMAZING STAY!

Staff was friendly

Renovations were in progress. Strong smell of fresh paint was overwhelming. Bugs in hotel room. Breakfast was bagels or fruit.

The hot breakfast was amazing and the 2 that worked there were very friendly! The Pool was clean but very cold.

The rooms were small. The prices were high for the sizes of the rooms and beds

Breakfast was great.The kitchen area was clean, the attendant was nearby if you had any questions. We were very impressed.

The room was very, clean and comfortable , however it was probably time to move furniture, dust, and vacuum.
