didn’t pick up at airport after 11pm. would like them to extend their shuttle hours then they would be perfect place to stay!

Front desk staff was very kind. this was our wedding night so they were very sweet and gave us free parking while we are on our honeymoon. rooms were nice and clean. The shuttle took us to the airport in the morning as well which was a life saver.

the shower water was not hot and this just wasn’t as nice as most Hampton inns.

Staff was very helpful and accomodating especially with our uhaul truck that we thought me might need to leave there for longer.

Wifi didnt work and tech support couldnt really fix it.

I’m not crazy about the location. The hotel was excellent, just wouldn’t want to stay in that part of town again.

I liked the location to the airport.

I confirmed my reservation about 5 hours prior to check in & scheduled a ride to the airport. My room was prepaid and not available at check in. This room was paid in advance with a late check in and yet they sold my room to another customer. They did find me a room next door and I had to walk at night w/luggage with a child across a dark parking lot by myself. There should have been lighting and an escort as this is not the best part of town. I choose this location because we always had family stay at the Hampton because of the facilities free breakfast and comfortable beds, Was extremally disappointed that my room was oversold after payment had been received.
