From the minute we got there we felt welcomed especially considering I was a bit of a mess getting my luggage and kids and life together. Breakfast was AMAZING! Didn’t disappoint my two year old. In the evening we went down to the 7th floor for an evening snack and that too was very enjoyable.
The only thing I could mention that was a bummer to me and my family was the view. We stayed in room 1003 and when my twins looked outside the window to oversee downtown FW they saw the inside of the square building. That was a huge disappointment to them.

Facilities were very nice. Staff was very polite & helpful.
We were very disappointed with the swimming situation. Apparently it was possibly something un preventable, but we had only a very short stay so we were quite excited about the pool hours being open from
6 am - 10 pm. However, pool was closed the entire morning today (Monday) & we had to leave. We asked & were given a late checkout time of 1:00pm, but the pool was still closed at noon. We went ahead & checked out instead of ‘wasting more time.’ I politely asked for a discount because of the situation & that was given, so I appreciated that. Still very disappointed at not having access to the pool.

The pool was small, crowded and had no ventilation at all. The chlorine made our eyes burn the minute we walked in.

I loved our stay at Embassy Suite. The room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Great location!
Staff was friendly, great breakfast and the location was perfect. There was a parking garage across the street. Great restaurants near by.

The location was good & the front desk associates/ valet's/room service was quick and helpful.
Our rooms were not close together, the conditions of the rooms were worn and not well maintained or cleaned. The shower & toilet made a horribly loud noise when turned on/flushed. Wasn't expecting a good view but the only window in the room was in the corner of the bedroom and made the entire room feel like a cave. The food out of the snack store & Starbucks were not fresh and highly over priced. For 3 nights at $1600+, I expected these things to be better.

Everything was great. Everything was within walking distance. We were chosen as guest of the day. We got free valet parking and gifts.
Our bed was broken and squeaked every time we moved.

The hotel was just ok. The breakfast was ok. The staff was really friendly. The air conditioner worked well.
The parking was inconvenient unless you use valet parking which was still inconvenient. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy. The doors were crazy squeaky. There was no attention to detail with fixtures. The room smelled like spilled beer.
I don’t recommend staying during the weekend. The sound of the red lining sport bikes and high performance cars was ridiculous. It went on throughout the night. Work weekend of sleep i have probably ever had.

The rooms were well appointed and very clean! the work out room was clean and possessed all the basic equipment for a good work out. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and in the middle of the “action”! The breakfast buffet was well beyond your basic hotel breakfast and enough variety to appease all of my picky eaters😉
upon arrival we were not offered bottles of water as we usually are the the clerk gave us some but didn’t seem like she desired to.

we paid almost 500 for a room. we had to change rooms because the bed was awful. lumpy and creaked and squeaked every time we moved. they exchanged the room; the bed was okay. the carpet looked dirty. this definitely was not up to standard for a Hilton branch hotel. the price we paid ( it was graduation weekend) was horrible for the experience. I’ve been with Hilton Honors for over 20 years. A partial refund would be great.

Breakfast was good, so was the kitchen staff. The TV screen size. The sofa was sturdy and easy to get up. Free internet. Toiletries: lotions, shampoo. Wire corner racks in shower/tub.
The high cost of self parking. de was distracting. No recliner in setting room. Not enough grab bars in tub/shower. Loose fitting sheets, rough towels-face, hand and bath and Kleenex. Ice bucket was hard to open and plastic bag was too small.

The location was perfect and staff were extremely nice. The breakfast looked lovely and is larger than a regular continental breakfast set up.
The building is old so there were certain unpleasant smells. There were a couple of dips in the floor under the carpet, the window seals looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a while. We saw a roach on the stairs near dining area.. The room was smaller than I expected.

The entryway was beautiful during the holidays and my room was on the same floor as the Restaurant... Perfect!
There were no water bottles in my room. I had to melt Ice in the microwave for my coffee. It's OK, I'm a Boy Scout... always prepared!

nice, clean rooms with a place to grab snacks and Starbucks or go to the restaurant as well. the staff was excellent attending yo my ever need and with the highest level of customer service. I was blown away. this is a gem downtown and right next to bass hall!

Dated, dirty, valet only and elevators were down to only one the entire weekend.
