Very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable and overall a good value for your money.
No coffee or hot water for tea in the room or lobby area at all.

I appreciate the fact they are renovating the rooms. I didn't appreciate being in a
Room that was next to one being renovated. All though 9am is not a reasonable start time. I just didn't need to get woken up at that time

The staffs are friendly.
Rooms not clean, they need to change their carpets. No lock in the bathroom. The water in the sink and in the bath tub stuck up every time we washed our hands and take a shower.

The indoor pool is seasonal and so was not open. Your site did not explain this. We booked for the pool! Booking.com you need to do a better job!

Reserved 4 nights and arrived to broken horrible smelling fridge. Moved to a new room and found NO INTERNET or TV in whole facility for 2 days. Refunded and left

Pet friendly and have stayed here numerous times and they accommodated us to a room on ground floor due to my dogs and was quiet.
