Pool Temperature just not right Gym is tiny No fresh air in the room No Breakfast

The property was very clean and well maintained. Great location, too!

The king room with pullout has a TWIN sized pullout, not a full or double. That wasn’t clear when I made my reservation.

stylish and immaculately clean rooms; the small sofa in the room was very comfortable. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance, and a nice cafe and Japanese grocery store as well.

We did not request a wake-up call but an automated call jolted us out of bed at 6:15am on Saturday. We left the hotel utterly exhausted. We had been so looking forward to sleep. We complained at the front desk and the staff said they would tell the hotel engineer and make sure it was fixed by the next day...though we were only there for one night. We wish there were drinking cups in the room. There were two full urns of water in the lobby but they seemed to be decorative...there were no cups there, either.

Staff wasnt that friendly but got the job done

Not very clean. Missing pieces of coffee maker. Dirty coffee lids. Stains in bathtub. Stains on sheets. Having to park several blocks away in a parking garage!!!! Unhelpful staff at checkin when I asked about parking. It’s like I was bothering them telling me it’s a separate company and go work it out with them. Check out staff member was super nice and helpful in the morning and even got me coffee because the Starbucks staff member was late to work.

I had to park over a block away. Not sure how the parking garage could be full.
