The lights in the room were dim and mirror was curved so made getting ready tough.

Room was fine and clean but the mattress was hard. The TV was not connected and we did not have much time in the room so we did not call the front desk to complain.

The room is simply furnished, just the basics, but it still had everything we needed. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet, but close to everything. Just off Victoria Ave E, near shopping, gas stations and restaurants. We went to STATS and had an awesome pizza. We had a warm welcome from Essence at the front desk. She couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful, and she was like that with everyone. Good TV in the room and good channel selection. The bathroom was spacious (accessible room) and very clean, well supplied with amenities. The breakfast was OK, but no proteins available. The coffee machine (free) gave all kinds of options and the coffee was delicious.

It took a while for the hot water to reach the room, but when it did it was plentiful. As with most modern rooms, the lighting was low. We're seniors and it makes it difficult sometimes to see things well. These two things did nothing to diminish the enjoyment of the room.
