The smell in the hallways smelled like urine. I also had a stain on my sheet, inside of the tub was not cleaned. Went to breakfast Saturday morning and the food was cold.

The breakfast was very basic. Very few options.

The room needs some upgrades. The table in the living room area was damaged. It looks like it was bitten by a dog. There was tissue stuffed in the peep hole on the door. The TV in one of the bedrooms did not work. It was reported several times, but nobody came.

Close and convenient to everything in the Galleria.

The tightness of the parking garage. Someone scratched up the front side of my vehicle with their vehicle.

The location was next to the mall & the it near bus & trains.

I liked how easy it was to get to my room. I basically stayed in a little studio apartment. There was a full size refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Microwave as well and a dishwasher. The bathroom had full size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and shower gel. This made it very easy to live.

The only thing I really didn’t like was how raspy my voice was when I would wake up. I think the air can get dry from the air conditioning. traveling with a humidifier would be a good idea. The complementary breakfast was OK but still convenient.

el desayuno muy limitado, pero entiendo por la pandemia. Y muy dificil encontrar ayuda para el equipaje o las compras, nunca estaba disponible el carrito ni nadie ayuda. Un enredo los ascensores para salir del estacionamiento. Los utensilios del kitchenette todo incompleto. La ducha goteaba en la noche, pero no nos dimos tiempo para solicitar arreglo.

The Property was in a good location everything we needed was in that area we only had to go out of the area if we chose to even the church we were visiting was only 10 mins away. The staff was very helpful and friendly to us.

The only few things that I didn't like about the property was that the mattress on the bed and the couch was very thin and low those mattress felt like you were laying down on metal cots so they were very uncomfortable. I have never been to a expensive hotel and they only have one ice machine and it was on the 11th floor The pillows were so soft I felt like I couldn't get comfortable but the next day I asked for two pillows and the lady gave me two great long pillows and that helped me a lot and when i asked for them she was very nice about it but i the only thing is I had to go down to get them. Last thing is we couldn't even get a cart to unload our luggage so we had all of this luggage we had to carry from the parking garage and we had luggage for a 2 day stay to carry. So whoever owns this Hotel needs to invest on things to improve the customers stay instead of just doing the minimum but the staff is wonderful to the guests because things like this isn't their problem they just work their and people should understand that when things go wrong or isn't right for your stay don't discredit the staff . I appreciate them because after a weekend like this past weekend we experienced how the staff was so patient checking all of these people in while having a whole lobby full of people waiting to check in and everyone was asking for a cart to load or unload their luggage and then parking to check in was terrible also. So the owner of this hotel needs to be better because its alot of things that can be done to make your guests happy and comfortable The only reason I would consider this hotel is because of the staff because its other hotels in this area that's nice but I haven't experienced them yet

Very nice stay, good location near the shopping at the Galleria. Some nice restaurant and bars you can walk to nearby. Easy check-in and the Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room size was great and very clean.

Breakfast was very average but we felt it was fair for the price we paid to stay at the property, as it was a great deal. There was no ambience in the room, no music playing, just very quiet.

It was in a fine location. Close to where I needed to be for events, etc. Also, the suite amenities were good.

The sheets were of a poor quality, and they were extremely thin. Further the bathroom still had hair of the previous guest in the shower. We also expressly requested new towels and none were provided. For a hotel costing well over 100 a night I expect a bit more on the cleanliness front.

First off, Jackie was absolutely amazing to my partner and I, very kind and willing to go above and beyond from the moment we walked through the door until we left. Comfy beds, good views.

I couldn't stay longer

Easy walkable to the galleria. Per friendly, which was nice! Average breakfast, but complimentary. Security on site and access needed to enter and exit garage.

The garage is pay to park, and doesn’t connect to every floor. The floors were old, and needing to be replaced but not awful.

The location was good the price was fair

The housekeeping staff was not helpful at all. When I arrived we checked in an left back out later that night after pulling the top cover all the way off I noticed my sheet was stained. On my way out i asked could they be changed. The young lady told me hk was gone for the night. She gave me clean sheets I threw on top an went to bed on my way out the next day I requested them to be changed. We asked house keeper on that floor for wash cloths and towels she told us no asked her to change covers she said no she has set rooms on that floor mind you she was a couple doors down. We told front desk she assured us it would be fixed! We were gone for 5 hours came back NOTHING! We talked to the manager Tanisha she told us they would get it straight we waited in our room 30 more mins nobody called again 15 mins they came an cleaned the whole room! Water in the sinks were hotter than the shower pressure in shower was weak. Everytime I sat on the toilet I smelled urine I thought my bf missed the toilet but we had a 2 bedroom suite 2 bathrooms the other couple was 2 girls an she said she smelled the same while using their bathroom! Our last day we left out for breakfast we didn't ask for our room to be serviced we came back an they had entered an cleaned room. We had do not disturb sign on door smh. Some one spit in the hallway mind you it was carpet it was disgusting. All staff Spanish speaking hardly any English but still rude one man I guess head of housekeeping along with Patty we spoke to him trying to ask him a question on the elevator he totally ignored us! My second time in Houston I will never stay here again my first time I stayed at the Hyatt downtown I Will go back there! I called hotel several times to ask about parking an incidentals every single time they told me something diff an once I got there it was still the opposite of what they told me I just came prepared!! Location was awesome close by if they fix the couple of hiccups it could be great!!

-The location is unbeatable. The Galleria mall is 5 min walking from the Hotel, and there are many store real close. There are several stores close to the hotel, so it was pretty easy to walk instead of taking Ubers. -Front Desk and the cleaning team was excellent, always happy to help. -The included breakfast was pretty good for the price included. The only downside was the service hours 6-9am and 7-10am during weekends. But just plan ahead your day. - Room was clean and had many amenities.

The only thing that I will point out is that the room that we selected had a Bed Sofa/couch as the second bed. When open the futon was really slim, so I had to ask for another one because it was not comfortable enough. That solved our problem.

No fault of the hotels but be warned there is a pretty heavy homeless population and they can get a little aggressive

Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Staff were very nice.

The roach in my bathroom. The bath tub faucet wouldn't shut off completely. The living room TV did not work at all. The breakfast rooms had roaches on the floor in the carpeted area. The carpet was filthy. The breakfast was average. Coffee was very weak and was cold one day. Elevator buttons were extremely dirty. Air smelled musty on the floor I stayed on.
