Somewhat Convenient to where I needed to be for my event in the convention center

Shower handle was missing a bolt so whole thing came off. Water pressure was very very low. Pillows very uncomfortable. The food option of Miami Grill never opened.

Room

Parking lot is horrible. And three hookers and a pimp in the lobby Saturday night, while I was working on my computer.

Customer service on check in was excellent. They were informative and friendly

The toilet didn’t flush. Hair was left in the shower and on the bathroom floor

Second time staying here and they screwed up our room both times. We booked a king with pullout sofa bed and got no sofa bed. We needed to ask for a rollaway bed. The staff member at the desk was rude and said it was because we booked with booking.com and they can’t guarantee any room booked through a third party will be what was requested!! I have never had that happen at any other hotel ever that I have booked through booking.com. The bathroom shower/fixtures were also the cleanest.

The body wash was completely empty when I went to take a shower late at night after checking in. I called the care line around 11 pm to let them know but they never sent. Got woken up by housekeeping at 10 (seemed a bit early to me) and I said I was fine that I just needed body wash but she never came back. I had to call again, wait for someone and missed breakfast as well as being late to my event at the convention.

hotel was overbooked; we were supposed to have a room with two beds; instead we were given a room with a pull out sofa-bed and another portable bed that was wheeled in later; beds were uncomfortable.

Location and restaurant

I booked and paid for a room with king size bed, when I got to the hotel they told me they didn't have my room, so they gave me a doble full beds room. My wife and I slept in separate beds, way to start our vacation.

Rude adult guys (3!) just monkeying at the hoop, did not let anybody else practice basketball. The hotel could post some rules (20 minutes turns?) or have a scheduling board?

The lack of microwave for the room I thought it would have it and I was charged twice for the $150 deposit.

No microwave, no refrigerator, room was not ready, air conditioning did not work

No towels in the room or soap. Had to ask for them, they never showed up. Had to ask house keeping the next day which was knocking at my door at 8am.

There was one rep assigning people their rooms. The line was out the door.

The lobby, restaurants, stores and hotel front are all cute and inviting.

We stayed in room 1002. I don’t know any other way to describe the room other than it smelled like urine (and a lot of it). I came with my two boys so I examine things a bit closer than I would if it was just me and friend. The smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. my 8 year old made a comment almost immediately in reference to the odor. I was spraying my febreeze spray every 30 minutes. I always bring cleaning supplies just in case like Clorox wipes to sanitize the remote, door knobs, and a few commonly used items. After each use…let’s just say my Clorox wipe was no longer white. long story short… room smelled like straight urine The tables and desk still had cup stains from prior guest. The front desk was very snappy when i called about WiFi the shower had red residue on the inside and outside. you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in months. bathroom was just okay. the parking agent seemed annoyed because i asked about the rules of parking in the lot. i just wouldn’t book here unless it’s absolutely needed for the convenience of being close by the airport. i don’t have “pictures” but i do have video which they won’t allow me to post.

Cookies tasted good.

Shampoos was running out. The drain was almost clogged.
