Nice Place, clean, warm pool, friendly staff! Need to replace/fix the hot tub, after snowmobiling all day, a soak in a hot tub is very enjoyable😊

Our heat would not stay on in the room, gave us a space heater which saved us from moving rooms

Was disappointed the hot tub wasn't open, not thier fault but still a little disappionting. Would haveliked a larger selection of drinks and snakes avaliable in the lobby.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Confusion between book.com price for 2 nights and what I was charged. Book.com was informed but not resolved. Also, adding a third person to a room that already has 2 queen sized beds was a bit expensive in my books.

I was concerned about reviews which complained about the cleanliness of the room. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was clean (with no bad odours which some reviews noted). The bed was comfortable and everything worked well.

I wanted to split the cost with my friend which I’ve had not trouble doing so in the past at other motels. Usually motels/hotels want your credit card info upon making the reservation but don’t actually charge it until you arrive (or fail to do so). However I was told that the it was already charged to my credit card before my arrival.

Showed up with a broken down bike and injured father Debbie went above and beyond in helping us get settled extending our stay and even helping us reach the hospital and local U-Haul

The hotels check in woman was curt, and although they advertise for rock hounds they could not answer one question about the area. The screen door to the room was cut down the side. Curtains were worn through in round holes, Ants and mice were in the room. We paid 600.00 for 4 nights, left after two nights.

Being there with my friends was really nice and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Also liked that the room had AC.

Rooms were okay. We had stains on one of our bedding, the washroom was sub par. For how small the rooms were and based on their appearance, I dont think that room was worth 175 dollars. It was more like a very tiny motel room vs a nice hotel room.
