Breakfasts were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had changed hotels last minute due to our original one not being clean. This one was. And the manager was very kind. It was nice to have a water bottle filling station, though I think there was only the one on the main floor.

It would have been nice to have a water bottle filling station on each floor, but having one on the main floor, though not in the lobby, was very nice.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast area is cleaner than most places I've been to.

Only 2 bath towels when then known the room have been booked for a family of 4. Mattresses are really low quality or are old.

The location is 20minutes from Disneyland. Two sofa beds and a sofa bed in one room. Free Breakfast was okay, food was cold.

I paid a lot to stay at this hotel for two rooms and four days. It was not worth the price. I was charge for parking $18 a day and there was no parking for larger vehicles. Cannot park in other areas or the vehicle will be towed. There was no water pressure to take a bath, the outlets to plug my phone in didn’t work, front desk never answer the phone, the gym was suppose to be open 24hrs but it was closed at midnight. TV remote didn’t work along with no buttons on the TV to control it. Heater and AC didn’t work. When I complained to the front desk about my concerns I was offered two bottles of free water.
