our refrigerator did not stay cold, and we figured that out the next morning when we discovered that our food was warm and needed to be thrown out.

Clean and comfortable king suite with balcony. Location was secure and courtyard was beautiful.

The location was good. It felt secure and safe. Staff seemed okay.

The grounds were dirty. Pool chairs were all torn and broken. Breakfast was garbage. Our room was clean when we checked in, but in 4 nights, we never received ANY services until we had to call down and ask for clean towels and for someone to collect our garbage. And, even then, we were told to bag up our own trash and set it outside (where a BUNCH of other trash had accumulated) until housekeeping personel realized we were going to tip them; then they were able to remove the trash.

Convenient location, clean room, ample free parking.

There was a tapping noise from the rooftop through the ceiling throughout the night that randomly occurred. Only had 2 hours of sleep with earplugs on.
