Hello, I sent a letter as to why I was so disappointed of my stay, a fire alarm at 8 in the morning. there was an exit door by my room at the end of the hall. It would not open the day before when I checked it, I reported it to the desk and they said it would be fixed. the morning the fire alarm went off I could not get out that door, nor could the people from the above floors who came down the stairs. everybody went down the one hallway, such a safety hazard for the amount of money that I paid for 3 days, with my dog and friend. There was no explanation for the false fire alarm. I wanted to report to the fire department about the fire hazard that the door did not open but I decided to report it to the somebody to fix it without getting a fine of this hazard. If I do not hear back from anybody I will report this.

The pool was pleasantly near the water. Inside the main areas, the colors, mood, and lighting felt relaxing and warm. Everything from the chairs to the floors and walls looked well taken care of.

The AC that kept coming on was drastically changing the quietness of the room. Very noticeable at night! Location appeared to be lost in an business plaza. Front desk not very helpful upon arrival. Waited a bit, minimal communication, and no direction to the room.

Accidentally booked a room 9 hrs from where I wanted as booking.com said it was nearby. Called booking.com immediately to cancel and they told me to call the hotel. The hotel canceled my reservation but refused to refund my money. So I paid almost $800 dollars for a room that I didn’t stay at. Booking.com said there was nothing they can do. I called the hotel and they hung up on me twice. Never stay here and dont use booking.com.

1. The night receptionist treated us really bad. I could never treat a client like that. 2. They were overbooked, so at 7:30 am someone tried open my door, luckily I had locked inside. And I met a guy in front of the elevator that told me that the same thing happened with him. 3. The hotel was very dirty. 4. Clean service at 5 days. 5. Breakfast was ok. 6. Air conditioner too loud I didn't sleep well.

All was very good -

During our stay of nine days the room was cleaned only twice. I asked the maid for towels and gave her the trash can to empty.

Great views, nice pool and nice rooms. Great place to bring the kids

Toilet barely flushes, no water pressue

Location was great. View from the restaurant was great. Entire staff was very friendly.

Room was dark even with the curtain open and lights on. The configuration of the room didn't allow you to view the water and the pool since it was blocked by the beds. Only one chair in the room. The toilet didn't flush well. Seemed like the outside furniture wasn't cleaned often? The staff at the restaurant was GREAT but it seems like they were overwhelmed at times and could have used some additional help.

Good location. Very comfortable room. The room was really clean and quiet.

No one offered us a cookie😢. We arrive late after a day of travel. I had to buy little bags of chips at $5 each and the front desk person never offered a cookie. We also couldn’t figure out if we had to pay for parking. We were not able to open the gate to leave. We had to tailgate to get out.

We liked the room but it was somewhat tired and in need of a bit of updating.

The price. It definitely was NOT value for our money

The restaurant is awesome and the restaurant staff was the best. Okie toilet leaked water in the bathroom and the heat/AC unit sounded like a key plane taking off every hour during the night. Rooms didn't have smart TVs even though TVs are dated 2018. Strange

The cookies and the great welcome received from reception. The bed was comfortable and the privacy in the hotel
