Great Breakfast, beautiful hotel and room. Staff great. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again.

Always clean, large screen TV, comfortable mattress, love the pillows, love the big shower.

No exhaust fan in the bath is terrible. Steam builds up horribly. You can't go in the bathroom after someone takes a shower for at least an hours without getting soaking wet from the humidity. I have complained about this before online and to management.

Staff was very pleasant, breakfast was good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

No fan in bathroom. Despite keeping shower doors firm closed, water got on the floor posing a slipping hazard. Heater/ fan was very loud, making listening to the T.V. impossible when it was running.

The staff are incredibly incompetent and rude, not accommodating and Jesus took his sweet time checking me in counting quarters after a 16 hr shift. Ridiculous

Clean, quiet, comfortable ... your typical "business" hotel. Good location for the Littleton/Lakewood area. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was okay; just your typical boring American breakfast. And every day the same! Ugh. But the coffee was surprisingly good.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. She had a great personality and made us feel immediately welcome. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We slept like babies

Breakfast was awful. We were there at 7am on the dot and were immediately swarmed by a gang of small boys with no manners, cutting and pushing and grabbing at items. It was chaos. The entire breakfast wasn't set out. There were 3 chafing dishes and only one had hot food in it, which was sausage patties, which were dried out, gray, and inedible. I imagine eggs or potatoes or bacon went into the 2 empty dishes. We'll never know. We stayed a little later for the breakfast and were sad we did.

Large room, comfortable beds, good location for us

Not a traveler centric bath. There is no way to leave door open to get rid of steam/moisture. Had to use a suitcase to prop open. No convenient place to hang wet towels. One fell in toilet. Gross, and the others never dried. Requested new ones, but never showed up. Breakfast was till 9:00AM, but they ran out of eggs at 8:30AM on Tuesday. Hotel was under occupied that day. Front desk staff was pleasant, but just one person. Know hiring is an issue. But, guest amenities like a towel hook...really?

Rooms were clean

Called front desk in evening to extend our stay one day. Was told "no problem" but front desk staff didn't enter the info into the computer. Next day our cards were disabled with all our stuff inside. Luckily the day staff fixed the issue, we had to move to another, more expensive room though. Not Cool. Also both rooms had a "wet dog" smell coming from Aircon units. Breakfast was super thin, rock hard sausage patties, and dry eggs. Overall stay was 6/10 at best

Location is easy, staff is very kind.

I wish housekeeping would’ve come everyday, it was hard coming back to my room after a long shift and not having them come. I wasn’t told about the 3 day policy until the night before checkout.
