Front desk staff was phenomenal, food in restaurant WAY over priced esp with so many other restaurants in walking distance. ($10 for fries? $10 for a thin slice of carrot cake that was clearly baked elsewhere, frozen and shipped) and it’s just tacky to have a little snack area with sodas and chips for sale as a convenience to your guests then not just gouge them but holy crap gouge them with $4 for a small pop and $3.75 for the smallest tiny bag of chips they make. I get they’re in business to make money but charging more than the airport does for stuff is just greedy and rude and no help to your guests.

The property was clean and quiet and the hospitality staff was wonderful. Everything in the room worked, was immaculate and we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Room was lovely clean.

The staff was nice.

Room was not very nice, my bed had a huge spot on the headboard. It smelled like smoke. It was way overpriced for what we actually got. Also the AC was locked at 70 degrees, which I feel is completely inappropriate for a hotel room to do; I am paying for comfort outside my home and this was ridiculous in my opinion.

Convenient for visiting our kids

No hand towels in the room. A big space between bed and windows bot not even a chair to sit in. Just a small refrigerator in the corner. Honestly. A pretty odd layout.

I booked this room for almost 200$, they did not let me in nor give me a refund. Horribly rude service, do not recommend.
