Nice outside pool, very clean. Also good spacious room. Breakfast finished a bit early at 9:00 but what was there was good. Good hotel at a very reasonable price for a 1 night stopover

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

Found roaches in my room. All the construction was not good. The room key fob didn't work to get us back in the side door. All the front desk person said was well I don't know what to tell you .. Ask if I could do a late check out.. the front desk desk person asks what time I said 1:00 She said no..

The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk we were greeted by Danielle and she was great.

The carpets were dirty, trash wasn’t empty when we got there. It just didn’t feel very clean in the room.

As in all the Hampton Inns since the pandemic, this facility has not been maintained. It is disappointing to us because we have chosen Hampton for many years. This hotel is being worked on but has a long way to be completed.

Customer service

This property is under seriously needed updating. The price I paid for a night to be woken up by drilling and construction noise was a bit steep. I will be looking for another hotel for my next visit.

The breakfast was great. Bacon would have been more appreciated but we just were not lucky enough to be there on that day. Room was comfortable but AC kept cutting on and off and the noise and then lack of kept my wife up most of the night. Bathroom was very nice. Front desk staff were VERY nice and helpful with check in and check out!

Lighting was a little hard to figure out as far as turning on and off. AC kept cutting on and off which kept my wife up most of the nights we were there. REnovations while not in our room area still left dust and debris in hall ways and on elevator.
