it looked nice from the outside but the room was a total different thing. the pictures on the website are totally different from what you get.

The First Room they gave me the Electricity didn't work. I did like the second room they gave me only thing I didn't like was it didn't have a Iron & Ironing broad

The ventilation was terrible in the room. My daughter was sick the entire weekend she couldn’t breathe. We believe there was mold in the room with a couple of roaches and my car was towed because of one sign that said we had could not back into the parking lot so I had to pay $170 because my car was totaled. I’m totally disappointed and disgusted at the same time because I was there for my daughter’s graduation And had to waste money because my car was towed. The place was not clean. The floor was filthy, and again they were roaches and spiders in the room. They have got to do a better job and servicing customers. I know that the money is an issue with steel people want to pay for quality and do better with their breakfast. It was terrible too .

All the employees were very polite and helpful

The grounds were unkept and trash everywhere toward the back of the business.

The location of this facility was the only convenience it provided.

I did not expect the Ritz or the Hilton, but 0 out of 5 stars would be gracious. Do not stay here if you don't have to, at least for the time being. Will be reporting to appropriate government health and safety agencies if owner fails to return my call for further assistance. Wyndam Corporate took my concerns, and followed with an automated message to contact franchise owner. I booked two rooms though a 3rd party service at the Days Inn by Wyndam (1608 US 1, Ormond Beach,  FL) for multiple family members to attend a funeral. Dates of stay were: 04/13/2023 - 04/16/2023. We arrived at approximately 1130 pm the first night, to find beds with sheets, but no bedding (blankets, etc.), multiple outlets that didn't work, light bulbs missing from lamps, and flooring that was notably spongy. The next morning, after noting the condition of the bathroom, consideration was given to find alternative facilities to perform basic hygiene. The sink and tub had notable mold, laminate flooring was separating in places, and there was obvious buckling and sponginess noted when walking across the room. Additionally, there were cobwebs and spiders on the walls, and cockroaches. There were holes in multiple walls, an ironing board was available, but no iron to use, the hairdryer didn't work in one room, a surge protector that was obviously burned out, but still in the room, and the trash (located within less than 5 feet of the room door) was overflowing with trash. On the last day of our stay, my niece, also appeared to have a minor local reaction to the aforementioned mold. We did not seek professional medical care (I have personal history of nursing), After a basic review, it was felt that her symptoms were not life threatening. She was provided over the counter medication, and cold compresses to try to alleviate the swelling of her eyelids.

No: wash cloths; hand towels; bathmat; Do Not Disturb hashtag; blanket; and no pen or paper.

A person came to our door and asked if she could use our shower. The room was filthy. Holes in the floors.

Pretty good breakfast, but no plates to eat it off! Supplies seem to be a big issue.

No housekeeping services during our stay, had to hunt toiletries and coffee….. very short staffed, but staff we saw were helpful

I had a confirmation for a room. I arrived to learn they didn't have a room for me and sent me to a hotel next door. I tried two rooms there. Both had a foul odor, no towels and the second room looked like a crime scene with blood stains on the desk chair and floor. It was horrible. I told the staff I couldn't stay in the place because it was horrible. I went out on my own and found a much better hotel

Absolutely awful, filthy. Over booked, had 1 or 2 employees, got a room no towels, only bed sheets on on bed no towels bathroom tissue. Slept with towels as covers from my own car. Had bathroom tissue in the car also. Tried to book another hotel at 10pm everything was booked out. Had my booking at this hotel for 9 days. Called Sunday at 3pm to the hotel from my work to find out if they had rectified the sheets and towels and tissue. The desk person told me, do not know it might be in the dryer, she said I'm not the cleaning person.

Went on the internet Saturday afternoon to see if they was still booking rooms at the hotel, and.yes $240.00 a day , not taking care of the current customers. Thats abusing the situation and people Came.back to the hotel at 8pm from my business, and lots of people was waiting in the parking lot same situation as Friday night. Was offered $70.00 reimbursement but that is not enough paid $234.00 Plus $96.00 for towels and bed sheets at Walmart so we could sleep. Thanks Karin villaroman room 207 Friday 2/24 and 25 .

I did not like anything about this moldy old motel.

This motel had a no back in parking policy, if you did a towing company would tow your vehicle in the middle of the night.

There is nothing to like about this place, almost left the same night but was late arriving and need a bed. In fact that about sums it up...needed a bed for the night...then leave immediately

Everything was bad, smelly, old smoke, disgusting dirty floor (black with dirt), no shower curtain, no cups for coffee. Wanted to turn around within two steps of entering. I didn't think places like this still existed!!!!
