L’emplacement, la vue sur les pentes, les quatre spas disponibles pour la clientèle, la navette pour le ski, etc.
La fumée de la cheminée s’est répandue dans ma chambre et nous avons dû changer de chambre à 3h du matin, le déjeuner prix trop élevé

Proximité des pistes de vélo de montage.
La nourriture du restaurant est vraiment moyenne.
De plus, on voulait notre repas dans la chambre avec la famille suite à notre journée de vélo.
Mais, il n'avait pas de '' room service'' malgré ce qu'il mentionne sur leur site et booking.
L'hôtel est identique aux années 2000 (pris dans le passé), avec les couleurs, les équipements et autres.
Les spas sont vraiment vieux et ne fonctionnent pas bien.
Les matelas de mauvaise qualité et des oreillers...
Aucune amélioration dans l'hôtel, excepter le prix qui augmente.

The junior suite was well laid out and spacious enough for four.
The maid service was very poor. Not enough towels, robes or coffee for four and the room was not cleaned for the entire long weekend.

Place is nice and clean and rooms are comfortable. Loved the breakfast although the price was a bit steep. Did not benefit of the pool as much as would have liked but I did enjoy the spa and my son loved the training room.
We stayed two nights but the two nights were booked separately such that we could not keep the same room as the one we were staying in the first night for the second night. Consequently, we had to leave the room from the first night at 11:00 for the checkout and they could not place us in a new room before 4:30 PM. Although they allowed us to use the facilities while we were waiting for our room, we still had to go around with our luggage which was a major inconvenient.

Great location. Rooms are comfy enough. Staff is nice. It is also a family hotel so you will hear noises which i believe is normal so do not expect a peace and quiet environment. Great restaurant

We love coming to the Chateau. It's beautiful, clean, friendly staff and it's a bonus to have the shuttle for getting to the mountain and back. Having hot tubs after skiing is amazing. We're so happy they're open again after covid. This was our 4th year coming and we'll keep coming as long as we can. Great facility.
There's not much we don't like. The only thing would be the coffee maker makes the tiniest cup of coffee. And no hot chocolate in the room, but that isn't a make or break item. Otherwise in our book perfect trip.

THE TV’s weren’t modern for the price of the room (ex: didn’t have Netflix or casting possibility). I hadn’t realized we booked an atrium view and the front desk said we couldn’t have another room.

The room and facilities were spacious and good enough for a family of four. The pool was heated and big enough to enjoy an afternoon with kids. The location of the hotel is great, that is right in front of the Bromont mountain providing multiple activities including hiking, water park, chair lift, etc.

The location was amazing and the views were beautiful. Really enjoyed the terrasse and hot tubs! Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options.
It was very expensive for a pretty average room, and the decor feels outdated. Limited cable selection with no TV guide, rainfall shower head with barely any pressure.
