Bad smell of the room from right when we walked In and pressure by cleaning staff before check out time (did not directly say anything but knocked twice to clean despite saying we would be checking out at 11)

The view from our balcony onto the lake was stunning. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious, but somewhat inconsistent. The spa area was nice, we enjoyed the hammam and jacuzzi. The location is great, we really liked the quiet surroundings but still easy to reach nearby villages for shopping, cafes and restaurants.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to major repairs. Breakfast on our second day was disappointing (undercooked, had to remind waitress that it was not what we ordered), although we really liked it the first day. The TV in the room is quite small for the size of the room.

L'auberge est située en face du Lac-Brome, décor enchanteur. Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et très propre. Nous avons apprécié la présence du spa, du sauna et du bain vapeur hammam après une randonnée du Round-Top à Sutton!

Ce n'est pas un point négatif mais... Nous aurions aimé manger sur place mais le restaurant était fermé le dimanche de notre visite... ce qui nous a permis d'aller manger au centre ville au bistro!

The only thing positive of this hotel was the location.

Sound proofing was next to none. There was a university prom and they were extremely loud all night! I complained earlier in the day of their nosiness and I was basically ignored and was told that the manager would take care of it. Nothing was done to ensure that we had a quiet relaxing stay! There was no manager available that night to deal with the discontent patrons of the hotel that were not part of the prom party! A few of us were woken up in the middle of the night and could not find anyone to help us out. We were close to calling the police to calm the party goers! The hotel should advice patrons of parties and changes to the dining schedule. Continental breakfast was a disappointment for a 4 star hotel. I have had better at a 2 star. The rooms were cold, including the hallways. I expected a cozy warm room but was greeted with a room that was 18 degrees when we walked in. So much was lacking in the room. No radio, no pamphlets, or information on the hotel. There is no need for two showers and two toilets. Money would have been better spend on soundproofing and heated floors that were very cold even after we turned up the heat. I would never stay there again, unfortunately. We have stayed in the past but this has soured my desire to go back.

L'équipe est adorable, l'hôtel est parfait. La vue que ça soit sur le lac ou le parc est magnifique. L'accès au spa, sonna, hammam, jacuzzi comprit dans le prix de la chambre, juste incroyable ! Le petit déjeuner inclus également dans le prix ! Le confort de la chambre. Vraiment on a adoré !

Seul petit bémol, de devoir monter les escaliers avec tout dans les mains pour pouvoir manger le petit déjeuner à une table. Pas très pratique. Peut être mettre une table à l'étage avec une petite quantité de nourriture afin d'éviter les accidents !
