Cleanliness, friendly staff , pool areA, quiet

I felt for $200.00 night there could have been bottled water in rooms like every other hotel we have stayed at And when we went to buy water was 2.50 a bottle we asked for 5 and staff were hesitant as stated the manager only likes when we sell 4 at a time What's the difference how many we buy were paying g for it

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel provided 'doggy gift bags' when paying the pet fee and that was amazing! This is the only hotel that has given any type of item for the fee charged and it was wonderful. The room was clean, modern and perfect.

The decor, the vibe, the amenities. Public area cleanliness. Breakfast was awesome.

Rooms were basic. Expecting much more from the lobby and pool area. Our room didnt even have a place to sit. Very small. Sauna wasnt working and the hot tub jets werent working but the pool area and gym were very clean.

Staff were extremely friendly and upgraded my room. There were many options to eat for breakfast. The water slide and hot tub were lots of fun!

It would be nice to see more dairy free, gluten free, and vegan options for those with food allergies. I could eat everything, but if I came with friends, I know they wouldn’t be able to eat everything.

The breakfast was satisfying and the options was excellent. This Microtel Inn is one of the better one I have stayed in. Friendly staff and clean facility.

My room did NOT include a fridge -- I asked for a different room with a fridge - this was accomplished - but the staff said i had requested a room without a fridge - maybe it was my error - but I have never experienced rooms without fridges in my extensive travels

The staff was very kind and helpful and the place was very qarming and comforting

Very nice common areas. Swimming pool with a water slide - so much fun for kids! Great breakfast.

We were placed in accessible room and told that this was assigned during online booking... As a result we had a weird-looking toilet sit and a wheelchair accessible shower.

Parking lot is not large enough to allow for parking of trucks w/trailers. Price of room was a little higher than competitors in the same area.

they offered bbqs and bbqs kits including a steak and potatoe. Tammy; the server made it feel like home. Breakfast was great. the room were great.
