The decor was fantastic. The room keys were fun.

I called ahead to say I wouldn’t be getting there until early in the morning due to flight delays, to which the Front Desk said fine… And then canceled my reservation and charged me that night anyway. It took about 20 minutes to get it reinstated since I was there for another couple of nights. If I hadn’t called, I would understand that since many hotels do that, but I did call. Also, it would be terrific if they had laundry facilities!!

The room and bed were comfortable. The location was good for access to everything we wanted to reach. The staff was cordial and very helpful.

Although the room was generally clean and the linens and towels were crisp and clean, the furniture had a coat of dust. Like many hotels, this property has probably cut down on cleaning staff. Staff reduction was also apparent in the breakfast area where one orders at a counter for takeout or to eat in, but there is no wait staff and the food is inconsistent - bagel and lox good, avocado toast, not so much.

The property is fantastic…no issues. The issue is booking.com. My flight was cancelled so the first night of my reservation was unused. The hotel was happy to credit me and really understood but they could not do anything since I booked third party. I have tried to get my money from booking.com but they are impossible to even reach! Booking.com scammed me of $350.00. I Will never book through them again. This is the second time I have had this issue. Be warned. Call the hotel yourself - prices usually same or similar.

The staff is so incredible! Always making our stay warm and welcoming. We also love how close yet removed we are from the center of town. It’s just a quick and easy walk to all the shops, restaurants, waterfront, and activities. But, it’s removed enough that it’s always quiet around the hotel which is great for easy sleeping.

The location was excellent for walking to the main downtown area and other attractions in the city. The hotel is clean, and the staff was welcoming and pleasant.

Not that it makes a difference In suitability of the hotel, but the decor is not to my taste. The parking is pricey, although it is convenient.

Location was good. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and Quiet. The restaurant was very good.

The property was so nice with so much character! The staff was so helpful, the rooms were so comfy and clean. Also love the soaps they provide! The restaurant and coffee place in the hotel leaves basically all you need in one place! It’s a perfect location to all the bars and restaurants in the area as well.

Exciting hotel and venue. Restaurant was great!

Our room bathroom was freezing cold. Heat didn’t work in there. Walking on the cold floor after a shower was unpleasant
