The location was great, the room was clean and spacious. The valet team worked hard and was friendly. The guest services team on the phone was helpful.

The front desk staff was rude and not friendly. The didn't provide the customer service I would expect from a hotel of that caliber. I asked to change my room because my first room 110 overlooked the parking lot and I hoped to have a better view from the waterfront hotel for my wife's birthday celebration. The front desk accommodated my request but with an attitude and seemed to frustrated with me for asking. It wasn't the way I wanted to be welcomed to a new city with my family and left a bad taste in my mouth for the remainder of the stay.

Room was full of dust. The refrigerator had a frozen meat from other guest. The bathroom had hair all over.
