Impeccable Cleanliness! Nice size room with natural lighting and king size bed, lots of pillows. Nice size bathroom with a chair to put our stuff on. Close to everything. Loveseat in room. Little bonus from owner : homemade banana muffins that were so yummy. Patio doors and outside deck. Big backyard for renters who have pets. Owner (host) was very nice and friendly.

Lack of lights in driveway (at night). parking space was limited (as owners live in the house) and not well indicated (we did not know where to park or which door to knock or enter). Exterior look of backyard (old barn and old sheds), old farm equipment, although some people might find it charming, looked too old for me and my husband's taste, but did not reflect the state of the room which was pleasantly charming, comfortable and very clean. TV was a bit too low for the height of the bed.

Not much privacy with the thin walls and door so close and a family with small children next door. Was quiet at night but couldn’t really sleep in or have an afternoon siesta.

B&B but no breakfast, coffee machine in room, muffins, that’s not a breakfast, ceiling fan caked in dust, bed uncomfortable, sagging in the middle, sheets like sandpaper

Location was excellent. Ambience was superb. Was worth the drive to stay in accommodations like this. We will consider returning here.

good location in Summerside. quiet off road setting. room was comfortable , updated and clean. host was very helpful. we asked to stay another night and they found a room for us on short notice.

I couldn't find a waste basket bin, only compost, but you have to sort.

Laura, left some delicious homemade cookies and muffins in the room, coffee and tea was already there. This totally added to the farm house feeling. The decor and furniture also compliment the idea.

Went straight by the first time because of a huge gate that's says art centre ( so nothing to do really with owners lol)

This is a very nice farmhouse inn. Excellent rooms, peaceful setting, good location and friendly and helpful hosts.

Perfect location next to the Confederation Trail. Helpful, informative hosts. Stayed in Country View room upstairs. Private entrance from outside access. Beautiful equipped suite and personal touch with fresh cookies and muffins for breakfast. Great spot if you’re in Summerside. Easy access to downtown, and a decent dinner recommendation from the host within a 5min walk, called Brothers 2.
